We found the place out of the blue and was curious to try. Hardly go out to Moorpark so I was excited. Definitely worth the excitement! Food, staff, margaritas, and atmosphere are definitely great. You can tell it’s a normal hangout spot for some people. Excited to try some other food next time

We just bought a couple of breakfast burritos this morning and we’re very disappointed. The Burritos were very small and pricey for their size. Almost $11.00 each and about the size of a Del Taco Burrito. 50% of the Burritos were the flour tortilla folded into itself. I was expecting so much more considering how good the dinners are here. Oh well, lesson learned… go here for dinner only and not breakfast.

Definitely recommend the cheese enchiladas, beans and rice has good flavoring. It’s nothing over the top, just good food and the chips and salsa are exquisite. No negatives here. Just nothing over the top either.

I have never had a bad experience here. Both bartenders have been bartending since the 1980s, and make great drinks that never lack flavor or alcohol. Also, the pricing is right for the area. We have been to other bars in the area off of Los Angeles Ave and they were overpriced and drinks were water-downed trash. Jalisco is a chill local spot and people are personable there. A+

Great local spot to eat. My favorite item on the menu is the Sizzling Enchilada! To accompany this delicious dish, I suggest a big Cadillac Margarita or Strawberry Margarita! The servers and bartenders are friendly and attentive. They have Taco Tuesdays and some nights there is an acoustic guitar player.

I tried to support local businesses but the dining scene at Moorpark had been disappointing…Jalisco was no exception. Service was slow even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Felt cheated on the meat…barely any in the dishes ordered. This place is a one and done.
