Tacos are always good but this time the lonches the bread felt old and hard like when the bread is expired or put in the freezer for further use. I’m not 100% sure that was the issue about the bread but it wasn’t soft and fresh either . Other then that good place to stop and eat Tacos

Came in for a late lunch and thought the place was brilliant. It’s not a new place all shiny & pristine. It’s the classic taqueria with just kick you in the butt good food. The menu isn’t big, but the flavors are. I had the four tacos and almost wept I enjoyed it so much. The meal came with two ketchup bottles of salsas: Red Hot and Yellow Hot. The small bowl of limes was brilliant and a great add to the tacos. There was also a small bowl of the most sublime charro/pinto beans. I could have stopped there. The tortillas on the tacos & the grilled onions made it an absolutely special meal. Finally, the side was a loaded baked potato! Unique and it was a brilliant taste. Don’t let the outside scare you away, this is a true blue taqueria.

OMG. Haven’t been in Harlingen in like forever. Wife and I are working in Harlingen. Just driving looking for a place to eat. A lot has changed but we found this place. It’s a real hidden Gem.

My wife and I enjoyed the tacos. I had bistec, tripa and molleja tacos with Joya de manzana. My wife had bistec and fajita tacos and the same drink. We will definitely go back and enjoy some more delicious tacos and great service. I highly recommend them.

It’s been the same ladies and they know me so well, “Guerrito is here!”
Just the tacos and beans itself is enough to satisfy me plenty! They are currently closed for renovations as of July 5th but I hope to see them soon

About average food. Had the Sincronizada and the flautas and they were average. Meat tasted dry in both of them. The kids loved it but it didn’t leave an impression on me. It’s a decent place to eat. So try it out.

These tacos never disappoint. Everytime I come to Harlingen this place is a must stop coming in and leaving! Tacos de bistec and the tostada de desebrada is what i had. Great food, great service the most consistent food over the years!
