I dislike coming here despite the good food, as the staff is often rude, the place has an unpleasant odor, and there are stray cats and homeless people around. Even my wife refuses to visit. A recent incident where a staff member took an unauthorized two-dollar tip from my card has solidified my decision not to return. The staff has consistently been unpleasant to me.

Food is usually good, but not my last visit on 5/31/2025, Service seems to be mediocre. It seems like it’s a hassle to them because I speak English. They forget things too. The dining area is outside under a tarp. But there’s an older, probably homeless person, roaming around there. He’s not 100%. Metal bottle caps are all over the ground.

The lady at the window is super rude and disrespectful I placed an order over the phone and I repeated myself to confirm that they only put in the food what I want she hangs up on me when I get the the window so I can pay for my food not only does she not acknowledge me but talks through the window and I advise her that I’d like to pay so once my order is done I can go on about my business and she just leaves me standing there. If it wasn’t because I’m hungry and I’m this is fast and close to work I wouldn’t have ordered anything. SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT HER CUSTOMERS BEING THAT IS WHAT PUTS MONEY IN HER POCKET!!!

Very RUDE LADY AT THE WINDOW! SHE ACKNOWLEDGED THE HISPANIC LOOKING PEOPLE BUT NOT KNOWING I’M HISPANIC/WEST INDIAN. I guess because I don’t fit the “description” I don’t deserve good service. So before I left I spoke in Spanish to her and her attitude changed. Smdh!
