This is another totally awesome food cart at University Station Food Carts. I ordered the carne asada street tacos and the enchiladas. The food was authentic and the portions were very generous. I recommend the street tacos for sure. I took the food to go but every time I visit this location there is plenty of seating which is covered and has heating.

Stopped in to the food carts at PSU. I picked the Mexican cart due the fact that they had a happy hour special, taco plate, for $10. Beans, rice and two tacos. I got chicken and pastor. The chicken was so good- the pastor was out of this world. The beans and rice were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I was full before I finished, so it was definitely enough food even with two tacos. What a great deal! I’ll be back. Bomb.
