Let me just start off by saying that this was a wonderful experience. The moment we stepped inside the restaurant. We were greeted with such welcoming amazing service. They were very detailed with explaining everything on their menu. And the food was someone of the best tacos I had in a very long time. The Cactus Salad was refreshing and one of my favorite from the salsa bar! If you want some amazing tacos and tortas. Give this place a try!

I stopped by this new taqueria on only their fifth day of operation, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The owner welcomed us personally; he was incredibly kind and clearly passionate about the food they’re preparing. He took the time to walk us through the menu, and we chatted for a while about his favorites and what makes their recipes stand out.
I ultimately let him take the wheel on my order. He suggested the Quesadilla Al Pastor, and it was phenomenal! Plus, the salsa bar is fully stocked with everything you’d ever want to level up your meal. For a drink, he recommended the Tamarind Agua Fresca, which was a refreshing and wonderful change of pace from my usual Dr Pepper.
We finished with a slice of Tres Leches cake that was perfectly moist and delicious. This place is a fantastic addition to the local food scene, and I’m looking forward to a bright and fruitful future for them here in Hub City! 11 out of 10 I will be eating here again!
