These were maybe the best tacos I’ve ever had. I got the asada tacos. They were so fresh, so good, and the pickled carrots were the figurative cherry on top! I’m not from Worthington but found this place while in town for work. DEFINITELY want to come back next time I’m in town! I’m sad they don’t come to my town. I asked! The more I think about it, I would honestly drive out to Worthington just for these tacos.
Also, try the piña empanadas!!! Sooooo delicious!

Delicious and authentic. Best food truck lunch I’ve had! They have a few picnic tables in the parking lot for convenience.

I have only tried an asada torta and an al pastor taco. Both were amazing! I’ll definitely be back to try more.

The tacos were excellent ( I ordered lingua, cabeza, carne asada- no tripa on the menu unfortunately) packed with meat which for the exotic cuts I love to see. The torta was great across the board, with my mother eating it all and she is as multicultural chef herself and not easily impressed. And my favorite order hands down was the the chicken quesadilla! The ladies running the show were also lovely.
That said: this was some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had and defiantly the best from here to Minneapolis (waay better than ANY Mexican I’ve had in my 4 yrs in Sioux Falls – and I’ve tried them all)

LOADED tacos. I should’ve only gotten 3 but at most places that’s not enough for me. I ate myself sick and still had some left over. Also got probably a liter of horchata for $5. It’s powdered mix, not the best I’ve ever had, but still decent. $30 for a huge plate of nachos, my 4 tacos, and my horchata. Bargain of the century for the amount of food we got.

Got 4 tacos for $12 and they were massive! Plenty of food for 2 people. All were exceptionally flavorful. People working at the truck were friendly and helpful. Will definitely return when I’m in the area again!

I did not realize this was a food truck, but permently parked at this location with a huge sign on the side of a building, pointing the way to go. They had all meat options for their [street] tacos – including lengua, but no menudo. Id recommend the Pastor or Barbacoa – they were the richest seasoned with fully developed flavor profiles. The garnishes with the tacos were fresh, delishious, and often not offerred at other taco places. They included fresh radishes, giardinera, cooked onions, and a grilled serano. The verde salsa and roja salsa we not overly spicy and the flavor complimented the tacos, especially the pastor. The roja salsa was especially great, it had almost a hint of sweetness to it. The nachos were also really fantastic! They were LOADED, so I had a mouthful of toppings with every chip. Speaking of chips – Im fairly confident they made those chips on site. They were dense and flavorful. The corn came through on the finished chip and complimented the toppings. My only disappointment was the nacho cheese sauce. I think I was expecting queso blanco or something like that. However, the cheese sauce did not ruin the experience and I would order it again. Seating options are two long picnic tables with sun umbrellas which were sturdy and enjoyable for a good weather day. Everything was reasonably priced and it must be a popular stop for the locals because there was never a break in customers despite being 130pm. All in, it was a great experience and cant wait to pass through Worthington again.

The tacos from this food truck are unreal. I have the carne asada (steak), pastor/adobada (pork), or pollo (chicken) tacos about once every two weeks and am NEVER disappointed. Not only is the food quality fantastic, but the amount for the price is unmatched. For a reasonable price, you will get more than enough food for one person.
