The food is good but the employee the little guy does not give you a itemized receipt and add extra charges. Be aware of the prices and see what you are paying for , he is done it multiple times read the reviews, place is not friendly very getto ans scary people around

I have been here nearly everyday Tuesday for the past six months. Incredibly friendly folks serving authentic Mexican cuisine that is more flavorful than other local shops. I usually get the tacos Al pastor, six to ten at a time. Tacos pollo also very good as is the birria! Homemade horchata is also good. The shop this cafe is set in is run by a friendly family as well, and are very kind and personable. Definitely a diamond in the rough for the neighborhood!

From the very first bite, I felt like I was back in Mexico. That’s how authentic and flavorful the tacos at Taqueria Garibaldi are! They’re located inside the Orlando Lifestyle Food Mart, which you’d never expect—but trust me, it’s worth the stop.
We couldn’t even take a picture because we inhaled the food before we had the chance—it was THAT good. They just opened about a month ago, and I’m officially a regular. Taco Tuesdays = $2 tacos, and they are seriously some of the best I’ve had.
Don’t let the location fool you—this place is a hidden treasure. Go. Now.

Stumbled on this spot after seeing the sign outside of Orlando Lifestyle Food Mart and wow, so glad we did. Honestly, if you ever spot one of these little “hole in the wall” taco joints, just go. We went on a Tuesday and they had $2 tacos. My husband and I both got the carnitas tacos as-is and omg, drool. You can literally watch the chef cook everything fresh right in front of you and he made them so good. They came on corn tortillas with cilantro and onion, super authentic and honestly, that’s all you need. The tacos were tender, flavorful, and not greasy at all. We also tried the chicharrones, which were perfectly crunchy, and the guacamole was made fresh on the spot by the girl working the counter. We’re already planning to come back and I seriously recommend you check it out too. So hyped to find an authentic taco gem in Maitland.

Great authentic food! But be aware of the cook as someone mentioned before he will charge extra or upcharge your ordered. I stop going because I noticed that and I’m not the only person reporting that. Pay close attention and check the menu price before you pay
