⭐️ Flavor Explosion at Taqueria Factory Birria Lovers’ Paradise
First time visiting Taqueria Factory after hearing great things about their famous birria tacos and wow, totally worth the hype!
We tried the Quesabirria with consomé and the Birria ramen soup both loaded with flavor, tender beef, and that slow cooked richness that hits all the right notes. The ramen was especially unique spicy, comforting, and perfectly balanced.
Service was quick and friendly and everything came out fresh and hot. There’s a full salsa bar with pickled onions, radishes, cucumbers and lime wedges a true bonus ️ . Drinks are available at the bar, and the indoor dining area is spacious with plenty of tables and high seating options.
Parking was easy, right by the front entrance, and the whole place felt clean and organized.
If they added a touch more authentic Mexican warmth to the décor, it would be perfect but taste wise, this spot nails it. A must try for taco lovers or anyone craving real birria flavor in Tempe, Arizona ✨

This is a place unlike other taquerias. Actual diner style. Clean bright white. Awesome wall menu lit up for easy reading. Quite a selection of both common and uncommon taqueria related dishes. Super friendly staff and the owners are great people to meet also. Not a lot of places have owners inside working but they do here. Comfort, clean and friendly. What more is needed. Drop in as soon as you can.

Being from San Diego I was hoping for good options and this is amazing. Food is delicious, lots of options. Combos were great for me, but small for a college boys, so if you’re hungry you might have to order extra. The second time we ordered more!

My food was cold! My guacamole was grey, the meat was dry and hard! I told the manager and he implied it was my fault by assuming I didn’t eat my food right away and that wasn’t the case! He then asked me with sarcasm “well what do you want me to do about it”, I told him nothing I won’t be back!

In town from Michigan for a soccer tournament. I saw this wonderful place online and wanted to give it a shot. It was all we hoped it would be! The fruit drinks and food was great! The quesabirra tacos were amazing. The meat was sooooo tender! The kids loved it too especially the fruit salad. I love when places have fresh salsa bar. The drinks was crafted well and it was a great experience! It was a very very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We’ll be back as soon as we are back in the area. Highly recommend!

Nacho supreme very tasty any type of meat to add to it. Nice condiments bar. Gelato delicious. Shakes also very good. We had torta sandwich and el pastor tacos with pineapple and #2 casa Beria. Meet tender and consume delicious. It is self serve and order and pick up. Noise in the restaurant very loud. Chairs very loud on the floor when moving them only negative. Very one was so helpful as we are out of towners.
