I went here on a Friday at 7 PM and waited 45 minutes for a torta. I believe this was due to them, not turning off the DoorDash orders. Unacceptable.

The carne asada a bit salty (less salt and packets on the side) good flavor overall. The red salsa was good, not spicy enough for me.
The tripa was really good, flavor was clean, cooked perfect.
I asked for yellow corn tortillas, I prefer asking for a single tortilla on my tacos, unfortunately instead of being soft they were hard and difficult to chew.
The cashier could be more welcoming, my wife and I felt like beggars looking for food instead of paying customers.
I would try Elvia’s again, I hope the tortillas are better and the person taking my money is happy to have us as customers.

Excellent!! I loved every bite of the chicken Torta. It was very flavorful & loaded just like I ordered it. The tender spicey meat in the Al Pastor burrito that my hubby ordered was over the top delicious with every bite! Try it you won’t be disappointed

The burrito I received today was overly oily. The burritos are sopping wet from the meat sauce. There was this huge puddle of oil that ended up dripping all over the place. The burritos here are a little milder in heat/flavor compared to the other taco trucks in this area.

Waited 45 min for 1 burrito supreme which was soggy and drenched in oil. I was going to go complain a try to get a quality burrito supreme that I know they have made here before. But I didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes. So here I am instead next time I’ll ask for no oil on the flower tortilla. I’m not one to waste food so I ate half an regret it. I’ve had at least half of their menu, and everything is delicious. Especially their carnitas. One of the few places that makes them well. Only had a chunk of fat one time in the past 7 years, and to me, a mouth full of chewy fat is why i dont return to most places. Not to mention, the carnitas are crispy on the outside but soft and tender on the inside, not dried out. You won’t be disappointed!
