Food selections rotate with seasons and availability of fresh ingredients. All tortillas for our tacos are made and cooked to order, always!

Wonderful addition to the cimarron area! The tacos are delicious. The meats are tender and well spiced. They have many options to choose from. The kekas are to die for. The tortillas are made from blue corn. They have a good selection of salsas. I would recommend a the mushroom kekas with the broth. The drinks are amazing . They also have a little window that connects Tin Man and you can order and drink in there. Overall very yummy! So happy they opened up on this side of time. Have been missing them!

We went for their super soft opening. Everything was delicious . We tried the Huarache (one of my favorites), tacos Al pastor, campechanos and Ribeye.
We’ll come back soon for the birria de setas quesadillas and more tacos! Also, we need to try their margaritas. We love them at Elemi (the restaurant @ Eastlake).

Update: we had to come back to try more tacos and quesadillas!
Twice in 1 week. Yes, food is that good!

I was underwhelmed with this experience, despite being a fan of Elemi the restaurant.

The ribeye taco was the only taco that was really good. The Jamaica Rita was good as well. However, the tortilla on my suadero was falling apart and cold, even though the taste was good. The birria de setas was also cold. Huaraches are not worth mentioning.

I know they just opened, so hope they make improvements to ensure a better experience. I went in with an open mind but at least expected warm food. If you go stick to the basic tacos.

Other Recommendations for improvement

I recommend better plates. The paper plates cheapen the vibe. I understand they’re trying to create a taqueria atmosphere, but if so, at least use baskets or trays with paper.

I appreciate that you can eat TinMan since the tables are tiny — again for the taqueria vibe. I suggest they increase the space between tables outside for easy walking through the back and add some pavers to avoid rocks getting stuck on your shoes. Or let people order from the TinMan window.

Holy crap!! We already liked elemi but the new ribeye taco on this menu is INCREDIBLE. The suadero was delicious too, and the Jamaica with piña was genius, it’s so good. Will definitely be coming back weekly. Especially with that shared window with Tin Man Brewery!

I visited during the soft opening and the food was delicious. I would compare the relationship between tin man to be similar to that of Sabertooth and Hope and Anchor. I mean in the regard that you get to enjoy the ambiance of Tin Man, have a drink while ordering your food.

I understand that they are working through the kinks since it’s a soft opening which may explain the longer wait time I see in other reviews. Also the space is smaller and they were inundated with customers. Nonetheless the food was delicious, albeit a little pricy (comparable to Taconeta).

Cashier was friendly but the food took a little long to come out even though it was just me. Otherwise, I got the al pastor and vegetarian birria. Both were really good but the al pastor was amazing. I also got the esquites (corn) but it was really watery and unpleasant to eat. I’d definitely recommend their tacos (forgot to take a photo) but i was disappointed by the esquites. I feel bad bc they were pretty nice but it’s still worth coming here and trying their tacos.

Tacos are definitely the best in El paso and I’ve tried pretty much every hole in the wall and major restaurant. Everything was super tender and had so much flavor. Usually every al pastor is pretty dry but this was super juicy.

Very welcoming environment and food got out very fast. They don’t skimp out on the meat for your tacos and the chicharones were airy but crunchy so good! First time here and we’ll definitely be coming back.

We’ve been waiting for chef Emiliano to open Elemi on the Westside for months, and it’s finally open! Best tacos in 915!

Food is tasty and good. The cashier is a little moody lets say she got something incorrect and when the order came I told her it was incorrect she made a eye rolling face took the plate and said nothing like I am sorry or we will fix it.
The place super small, if you want you can go to the place next to the taqueria but if you want something more you have to go out and then go back. No salsa bar… also
Plus a little overpriced for tacos… specially when someone comes from Mexico City this is like no mames.
