We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service, food and all around atmosphere for such a special day!
Miriam and Santos nailed everything they did for us, from adding small touches, such as covering the side of the truck for the day to interacting with the guests, making sure each and every one was served exactly what they wanted!
Communication was outstanding from day (September 2023), when I first contacted Miriam to inquire about their services, to get everything ready for the day of the wedding!
Highly recommend them for any occasion, even going to grab a taco or 5 for lunch!!

Best authentic food I’ve ever had. They have multiple trucks around grant and chelan county. Moses lake, soap lake, royal city, chelan, Manson. These guys are awesome.

Don’t recommend, food quality has gone downhill and way overpriced. I tried giving them a chance several times until finally decided it was not worth it. Meat has way to much excess fat, not flavorful and undercooked. (If you get a quesadilla expect little to no meat, just a flour tortilla with cheese for the price of $17 bucks!)
Even the bottled drinks are super expensive, will go elsewhere from now on!

I think the reviews on here must be from friends. The beans were definitely rotten, past their date. Yuck. The burrito had only meat inside, and with the beans being bad…didn’t leave much to enjoy. Kids got tacos that were acceptable, not great. Prices have gone up allot since previous reviews. Wouldn’t eat here again…

THE MOST EXPENSIVE BASIC TACOS I HAVE PURCHASED.
I was charged $4 each and no they did not use handmade tortillas. It is the mini store bought tortillas. I just went to Vegas not long ago and paid $3 per taco and this is definitely not Vegas. The taste was not anything out of this world either so I will not be going back.

This truck has the most amazing carne asada burritos! The sides that come with it are just as amazing. Lettuce, onion, sour cream, guacamole, roasted jalapeño, rice, beans, radish, and more! Must try! The best salsas, red and geeen!!!

The atmosphere looked okay and the service was pretty good. I’m sorry but I got food poisoning after 1-2 days I’m pretty sure that the meat in the tacos was undercooked.
