Out in Marshfield WI this time. We encountered La Taqueria El Sol. I love tacos so tacos I got and let me tell you about Al pastor in this location, amazing flavors I ate them all in a few minutes wanting more. We had ordered an horchata for the road and it was like THE ORIGINAL like I don’t how to explain it, it was gone before we left. Definitely recommend this location for your eatery options if you are in the area.

Great place to come and eat! The food was amazing and so delicious! My husband has tried a 4-5 places that served birria tacos and he said this place’s was the best out of all of them.

The food was tasty and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. We went around 1 and there were a few people still from lunch. I was disappointed in the service. We waited way longer than what I would have expected for the few people that were there. Our server was friendly when she was there. All in all I would go back, just not if I were expecting to eat quickly.

Very authentic! I had the huarache al pastor. The pork was tender and savory with just the right amount of heat. It was clear that all the ingredients were fresh.

Very good food, very nice service. Authentic atmosphere. The only big noticeable difference, here in America you get water, in Mexico water is not served. Beautiful hand painted art as well. It’s almost as if you stopped off for a bite to eat in Mexico. Enjoy, I do often.

We haven’t been here for a while but the food is still the best! Delicious! Unfortunately I was hurt on one of their chairs but I want to say that the staff went above and beyond helping me get the first aid I needed. Definitely 5 star service!

The people who work there were absolutely amazing. Even though there was a language barrier, the waitress/hostess did everything to make sure we understood each other, checked on me regularly, and was very kind and helpful. The chef in the kitchen even came out on several occasions to check on me and others to see how we were doing. The food was alright, but I’m definitely willing to go back again.

Carnitas were very delicious, big portions, house made salsa. My friend ordered tilapia with shrimp and he said it was dynamite. Nice place!

Love the tacos. Softshell corn, chicken, avocado, onion, cilantro, excellent. Coca-Cola with real sugar, corn chips and salsa, two options for hot sauce (jalapeno and something hotter). And it just happens to be gluten free. Gotta be careful. This place will turn ME into a gordito.

Good food, friendly service. It did take more time than I like to receive drinks and we had a toddler with us and their food was brought well after the adults received their food; but I’d still return if I’m in the area again. Very friendly atmosphere. Food prepared quick. Muchas gracias
