I love this place, everything is so fresh and clean. I always grab a burrito, you know how most are sloppy or smothered. El Sabroso offers a nicely constructed, well seasoned dish with flavorful salsas and generous portions. The red salsa is spicy but not so spicy that you can’t taste anything else in thw salsa. The green is milder but still has a nice subtle heat. The best Mexican in Winston if you ask me and extremely affordable.

if i could give zero stars, i would. i have had food from various taco trucks and this has to be the worst in winston. i’m from winston salem and i really think that the taco drunk in north point by the tobacco store is 100 times better.
i ordered sopes and some of the chicken was dry and some of the chicken was raw when i bit into it :/ and the salsa was disgusting, i’ve lived abroad and i was so disappointed in this meal. i definitely won’t be back and if you like quality authentic tacos/street food then i do not suggest this food truck.

Tacos are always tasty with a good amount of meat and flavor. One of if not, the best tasting street tacos in Winston and I’ve had my fare share of ‘em.
