The tacos al pastor were so good, would highly recommended! Staff was super nice and friendly. the green salsa made the tacos so much better not too spicy! If you want some good photos you eat inside a bus!

Honestly the only place to get good authentic street tacos in Rigby. Absolutely delicious. Their food is so good and they are really nice. (I wish I knew more Spanish to give a good thank you) This is the only place I will go when I’m craving a taco. To go or stay they’re great. I love this taco bus.

Best Hispanic food in Rigby. Probably the best place to eat in rigby. Good portions. Good price. Fast service. Friendly owner. Been going here for two years. Seriously the best. Lived in Colorado springs for 9 years. Tons of Hispanic food. Really miss it. This has hit the spot for what I had there. I feel like it is really hard to find big city food quality here. But this spot has it for sure.
