I had three chicken tacos and a side of rice. Total came to $17. The tacos were large, had two corn tortillas each, and were overflowing with chicken, onions and cilantro- just the way I like them. The chicken was lacking any kind of spices or flavor, but it was extremely tender. I loaded up on lime juice and both the red and green salsas, but was a little turned off by how bland the chicken was. The rice was the best I’ve had in a long time. Very moist, flavorful, and interspersed with mixed veggies. All in all, I will return and ask for a meat that has been marinated.

I always go there for tacos when I’m driving by and when I think they’re open. It seems like they look closed many times. But I do enjoy they’re food and service is good.

Been there before got pupusas. They were delicious. This time I got fried dough. I was told pork or cheese, I said pork. Got home nothing inside!! No cheese no pork. Never again!

This is an unpretentious taqueria just as you would find one in a Mexican town. The food is authentic, freshly prepared, and plentiful. Prices are well below average for this quality, and the Sunday buffet is a great deal at $10 a plate or $8 a lb to go. Try the goat tacos – excellent!

The real deal, as they say. Can’t offer enough praise about this place. Fabulous ingredients. Hearty portions. Recipes that reminded me of time spent visiting west-central Mexico. Por supuesto, se hablan español. A small-ish place with only about six tables and seating for maybe twenty. Half the building is the kitchen. Most of the parking is around back. The prep may take a little extra time but it’s well worth the wait. I would go well out of my way to eat there again. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Mexican food at a great price. This place may not look like much but more than makes up for it in flavor! Fantastic Verde sauce that would make anything taste amazing and the tamales were delicious!

Buyer be ware. Not knocking the quality its ok…. not great but ok. But they have no menu descriptions I ordered from here on Grubhub where once again no item descriptions and literally payed 13$ for one yes ONE chicken and rice taco….. are you kidding me??? All the other tacos were 5.75 a piece I see 13$ for chicken and rice tacos I think im getting 3 or worst case 2…. but 1…. thats insane I can eat all kinds of better things for 13 $ at a restaurant then one chicken and rice taco for that price…. I wanted to try them out for a long time and I have to say I’m disappointed …. No Bueno…

The food seems to be very good and “authentic”. Whether they come out of a jar or bottle in the back or if they make them there I don’t know, but the house hot sauces really are something. Not just vinegar with peppers in it. You can get tongue and goat there too, not just chicken, beef, pork. Catch up on the right day they might have brain taco too. Haven’t had the nerve to ask for huitlacoche. After all they might have it

The pastor was pork and definitely didn’t taste like pastor, not much flavor and no pineapple

Nice little hole in the wall type place. We live right around the corner and every time we go we wonder why we aren’t going more often. Tacos and tamales are delicious!
