We had enjoyed our meal thought it was a great restaurant. When we went to pay our bill we were told that the price on the menu had changed. The aqua fresca that was on the menu was $3 but they were charging us $7. Their logic was we haven’t changed our prices yet but that is the price now. I’m from Canada so I don’t know what the rules are in the US but in Canada you have to honour the stated price. Also we were the only non Mexican people in the restaurant so I’m not sure if it was a “special” price for me!

Food was very good. It’s all self serve for beverages and you buss your own table. Pay at the end , they do not show the break down of items charged so pay attention.

Food was excellent. The prices on the menu will not be honoured. For example a $3.00 was up charged to $7.00. I had 2 and my wife had 1. So $9.00 becomes $21.00 just for the juice.

A wonderful rustic place to eat in akron. Really fresh ingredients put together in traditional Mexican style. The staff is more than willing to accommodate special orders and special requests. Many interesting choices for drinks. I don’t see how you can go wrong. There is limited seating and they are usually very busy. They do a huge to go business, but they do have indoor seating.

Food is absolutely excellent! But the problem we always seem to have there is the bill it is never consistent with what’s priced on the menu. When asked about it basically just told sorry and never breaks the bill down. I hope this doesn’t continue because we enjoy the food but feel like we are taken advantage of when dining in. Today we got the Cubana torta, chicken and chorizo with rice and beans extra tortillas, burrito kids meal, 2 bottle drinks, and 3 soft drinks. The total came out to 81 dollars? When we added it up off the menu it came to 43 dollars and the cashier didn’t budge when brought to her attention. Instead of arguing we just paid and left but left a bad taste in our mouths especially for how much we enjoy eating there.

The place is nice inside.. you order first grab your drinks and wait for the food . Pay is at the same place you order . Great food ..tacos are the bomb especially the pastor!!!!!!! I was overwhelmed as to the taste of my childhood similarly. The fish soup is delicious..and the torta is huge and awesome…

Birria tacos were heavenly. Definitely authentic Mexican food. Street tacos are on point. The salsa is spicy. The super fries were ok. The burrito was ok. The Birria tacos were fire! I’ll come back for more real street tacos.

Overpriced and not very good. My Flatas were over cooked and they didn’t bother shred the lettuce. Flatas were $12 my drink was $3.50. She charged me 18.50 plus tax and a .74 Admin fee??? Never again. Being from San Diego this IS NOT what Mexican food is supposed to taste like.

Stopped in while driving back home on a roadtrip. Hands down the best birria tacos I’ve had in my entire life. So flavorful and tender – I seriously will be dreaming of these tacos for the rest of my life. Highly recommend this place!! Staff was super friendly and even though the restaurant was packed, food came out in a very timely manner. Will definitely make the drive back out here just to eat here again.
