Enjoyed a delicious meal here! I had an asada torta the meat was tender and cooked perfectly, it was tender but had some crispy bits which I enjoy. The meat had a great marinade as well. I also had the tripas and lengua tacos which were great as well. The service was welcoming and friendly. Also tried a game changing choco-flan.

The melon Agua fresca is soon good here, best I’ve had in a long time. The service is very friendly and the food a good value. They mix and match tacos and I had lengua and adobada, both of which were delicious. I also took home a birria plate, which was a generous size and very flavorful.

Great new restaurant behind the hotel Encanto. The food is very good and authentic to the family’s Jalisco origins. I had the Gringas al Pastor and my wife had the Papa Jalisco, both of which were very good! The chips they provide as a starter had nice salsas and chopped pineapple. The service is very friendly and they said they would also offer Torta Ahogado in the future.

Taquería El Jalisciense is absolutely worth checking out. The complimentary chips and salsa are freshly made, a bright tomatillo salsa verde and a bold, traditional red salsa that both hit perfectly.
I ordered four Al Pastor tacos, and they were outstanding. The meat is cooked the right way, on a traditional trompo, and served with pineapple salsa, cilantro, and onions for that authentic flavor you don’t find everywhere.
My girlfriend had the Quesa-Birria, and it was phenomenal. Perfectly crisped corn tortillas packed with melted cheese and tender birria, served with rich consommé on the side.
If you haven’t tried this spot yet, you’re missing out. They’re new, but they’re doing everything right, quality ingredients, authentic flavor, and solid service. Highly recommend.

So to preface we came an hour before closing immediately got such good good welcoming energy from everyone there, we had a male server such good hosting and serving skills so nice and very helpful. Now onto the food, I got the tripe torta (crispy ofc) one of the best cooked tripe torta I’ve gotten, my fiance got the birria torta she rates it a 9/10. Alsoooo let me just say they have 4 different salsas to have with your chips and they were all boom! Especially the pineapple one!! Price for the three of us (2 adults one kid) was 50 ish dollars, solid for las cruces.

The food here is excellent, and the service matches! With your tacos, they bring you an array of toppings to add: salsas, cilantro, limes, pineapple , etc…. I highly recommend the Al Pastor Trompo. It’s the only place in town with it cooked this way! They also have lots of yummy desserts to choose from.

The tacos al pastor were fantastic! Their papa jalisco with al pastor meat and cheese is delicious! I was surprised to find such delicious authentic Mexican food in the “Land of Enchantment”. I highly recommend this place
