I have been going to their other two locations (one is Sandy and one in Boring), for a lot of years and was super excited that they came to Welches.
The Pastor burritos are my go to, I try not to finish the whole thing, but sometimes I can’t stop eating the giant burrito.
Since they are attached to Goodwyns, you can get beer inside.

Always delicious friendly and I am so thankful to have this truck up on the Mt. Authentic Mexican food in great portions and the salsas are amazing I get extra and use it on my scrambled eggs in the morning. Not so secret anymore sometimes a lot of people but the business is well deserved.

Tucked right next to Goodwyns, this taco truck should be a destination for anyone who loves amazing, authentic Mexican. I’ve tried most of their menu thanks to their other truck in Sandy, and it is all fantastic. Check them out!

The street tacos are literally the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Get either carne asada, al pastor or pollo, add the green salsa, avacado sauce and squeeze the lime and see if you can sit there and say it’s not the best food of all time. I eat here ~4 times a week and look forward to it every time.

Have been many times to your location in Boring. Excited to have a food truck that has fantastic food and smiling service on the mountain. My favorites are the pork dishes and their red and green salsas.
I hope you can put out advertising media, perhaps a sandwich board right on Hwy 26. Next to Welches Mountain Building Supply shop behind Goodwyn’s sporting goods store- it is difficult to see.

Great food absolutely amazing I love it but they’re never open never consistent on the days they’re supposed to be open seems like they’re always closed for no reason and it’s super frustrating makes me not even want to give them any of my business anymore been closed all week for no reason
