Quesabirria was good, the consume was a very small portion. For $20 dollars I’d rather go to my local food truck. The service was mid, the cashier looked annoyed not friendly at all. It’s starting to become a trend not having up front pricing, you can deceive some one to buy some over-priced tacos once but, I’m not coming back ever again.

The service was fine, the food was poorly cooked, and the portions seem to target a family of 26. Though… the place doesn’t advertise itself as a 2-Star Michelin Restaurant either.
The rice was hard at moments and the tortillas felt rubbery. The Nachos were plenty but not tasty. The Horchata was very tasty though…. It just feels like the business model is to push out bulk portions, and at that point the quality control let them down. I’m sure if things were just cooked well and fresh everything would be fine, but that wasn’t even done well.
As a solo patron, I paid for 3 churros and got about 5ft of tough, rewarmed churro that felt like it was fried 5 hours ago and then tossed into a bag. It was not a good tasting thing.
Also, the establishment is dirty, like…. I don’t need a glamorous looking trash can, but even here it seemed like you would rather place your food somewhere near the trash can and let the employees take it the final mile….
Perhaps on a different day the food would be fine, and that does seem to be the focus of the business model, but today things were rough.

Food is okay. Generous portions and moderate pricing. Ordered a chicken burrito and was pleasantly pleased, almost no grease. Well seasoned chicken, somewhat dry rice, not to wet whole beans and a very mild salsa.
Service is indifferent. Almost like they don’t care. Order, sit down and we will get when we get there with food.

Ordered burrito with red sauce. Asked for no meat. She asked me if I wanted guacamole and peppers and I said yes. I got a burrito full of just the rice and beans. 🙁 no avocado or peppers …the red adobo sauce was good but they didn’t give me what I ordered which was disappointing.

The carnitas are superlative, as is the salsa verde. Asada, pastor, pollo asado salsa roja are also strong contenders. There are many locations, most of them deliver, but this is my favorite.

I ordered some meaty fries for pick up and they were great. However, when I got home the bag was soaked in grease. When I opened the plate I realized they used the take out plates upside down, which may be the reason all the grease spilled in the bag. I wish they would’ve drowned the fries or meat more so the grease wouldn’t be a problem.
