I tried Chicken Tacos & Quesadilla and I will place it on the top list of best mexican food I have tried. The Quesadilla was especially filled with chicken and cheese. Just have it fresh to get the best taste.

More and more often when I get a burrito it’s like, wow, a giant tortilla of rice. Maybe nothing has changed, but my tastes have improved? I don’t know.
Anyway, the food was generally good but my burrito was solidly 60% rice.
I got the California burrito, theoretically is one of the ones that has some Pico, some fresh vegetables, etc.
My wife’s tacos looked better, and she liked them.

I’ve been stuck in this area for about a week now and ate here several different times. The food is good, The people are friendly and the wait time is minimal. I’ve traveled all across our great country and this food truck is definitely amongst the greatest. If you are south of Tacoma check out the taqueria el eldorado. They are located across the street from the truck.

It is a great place to get some tacos and a filling breakfast burrito. We found this place across the street from a charging station that was located in a McDonald’s parking lot. We wanted some tacos while waiting for the car to charge. We ordered pretty much a player of tacos. They look small at first, but we’re packed with protien and flavor. The breakfast burrito was very filling as I had them add extra meat to it (worth it). Overall, we were happy with the food.

This is where the locals eat. If you want something special, here’s what you do. Get a Torta. Don’t take it home and eat it fresh at the picnic table with you favorite soda and tell me that thing isn’t one of the best sandwiches you’ve ever had. I dare you.
Never had a bad meal here, and is why we eat here all the time. They know my one toddlers name who’s always with mom when they go pick it up. He can’t wait to see his amigos at the stand. They always help keep him entertained a little bit when they can. Which is always appreciated when you have a rambunctious 3 year old.
Way healthier than the Mcdonald’s across the street for about the same price, if not cheaper. Plus, the quality of food isn’t comparable it’s so far above Mcdonalds. Stale burger? Or, piping hot tacos, burritos,tortas, on and on. Great food.

Im a local truck driver and i decided to eat somewhere else besides McDonald’s or Subway here in Pilot truck stop. So i decided to try this place.
Ordered two things. 3 meat burrito and a steak quesadilla.
Steak quesadilla was delicious it was nice and hot and greatly seasoned.
3 meat burrito in the other hand was just mid. Idk what meat was inside but i believe the steak was super chewy and by that it means poor cut of steak. Almost gagged cause i was chewing on it for a min.
I will give 3 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ out of 5

Been to taco trucks all over the states and this is by far the best place for a veggie burrito!!! It was HUGE and tasted amazing ♥️ the horchata was just as good!! First time eating a fish taco & I wanted to order another one immediately as they were that good!!! Will definitely come back if we get a load nearby! They have daily specials so we got the 2 fish tacos w/ rice and beans for $13.99 and I believe the 1/2 polo was the same as it was on the daily special menu for $13.99. This is my new favorite taco truck!!! Picnic tables out front to sit and enjoy your meal! Get out of the truck and walk over there guys!!!! It’s literally soooo close. Right in front of the pilot. Prices are not bad at all!!!!

Really delicous food. I asked the cashier what he recommends and I got the tortas al pastor that came with fries.
It was a a little on the expensive side but totally worth it. The sandwich was absolutely delicious even if it had problems being held together.
Really good quick service and im looking forward to trying other things on the menu.
