I grew up in Southern California with their Mexican food, and in the five years I’ve lived here, I’ve had yet to find good Mexican food. This place is the only spot I’ve found that really lives up to SoCal’s Mexican food. All the portion sizes are very generous, especially for the prices. Every order is made fresh, and the guys working are always so friendly. They truly deserve a brick and mortar location, I’d be in every week!

Eddy is amazing! Every time i’ve been there he’s always so polite and fast with service. You can’t go wrong with anything you order, my personal favorite is the chipotle burrito. On top of that everything is affordable and reasonably priced. I would recommend here to anyone!

These guys are seriously awesome. Their carnitas tacos are some of the best I’ve ever had and the breakfast burritos are huge & very tasty (plus they serve it all day). Portion sizes are BIG and prices are extremely reasonable, definitely come check out this taco bus!!

I visited this place for the first time, tried their quesabirrias they were the best I’ve ever had in the Washington area and i’ve lived here for 15 Year’s. Love how big their menu is, so many delicious options to choose from. The staff is great very friendly and easy to talk to. Come check out this New food spot for sure will not disappoint! And support a small family business.

we love this spot, been there a few times. we always get the queso birria tacos, they’re insanely good. the past couple times we wanted to try their tamales, chicken and pork ones were delicious, this time we ordered 2 cheese jalapeño and they doubled our order! huge menu, and really fast service as well.

Taqueria el cowboy had become our new favorite Mexican spot in Issaquah. Everything we’ve eaten has been super high quality and delicious. Even the beans are well spiced and made with care. Definitely check out this new spot!
