Easily accessible Mexican Food Truck on 410! This page was recommended by my neighbors.
Located next to the Ski and Mountain shop, has a lot of parking. The outside may look a little sketchy but the food was decent along with the prices. We picked up a Macho Burrito, Torta and a kids Quesadilla. It took about 10 minutes to get our food. Overall, the portions were pretty good and filling!

Nice place tucked in the back of a parking lot. Hard to see from the road, but it’s there. Decent selection of different foods. I thought it was good, but not great. We got two burritos and a quesadilla. The ingredients were not particularly flavorful and were not well distributed throughout the burrito so there was a lot of rice in the beginning and then a lot of meat and then towards the end was the sour cream and guacamole. I’m not sure I would come here again. The people were very nice, though and the food was prepared quite quickly.

I had all 4 tacos they offer and was very happy and well fed for 15. Tons of meat and very high quality of meat. Gf got the burrito and it was adequate but nothing to write home about. Very helpful and kind staff. Grade A tacos.

Damn good taqueria. We had a lengua and adobada torts, a lengua burro, and a chicken quesadilla… all spectacular. Better than your average lengua, for sure. Great prices, clean, friendly employees and nice little picnic tables out back! The pic is all that was left… highly recommended.

Located at the very end of town on 410 next to the ski shop building but on the same property. I honestly expected a little better. It’s was your basic taco food truck food. On the greasy side…. and I like greasy food. Customer service was great. She was friendly, cheerful and explained answers to my questions well. Slightly over priced.

This is my favorite place to go for lunch, always affordable and extremely good. The staff are nice as well, and on top of their food being as good as it is they have plenty of drinks to choose from too. It’s easily in my top 10 restaurants and places to eat in enumclaw. If you haven’t tried it, I strongly recommend that you do, I’ve been eating there since middle school.
