Great tacos and burritos! We’ve gotten take out a few times now and it never disappoints. I’m Mexican from Southern California and these taste just like home. Have been in Denver metro area a few years now and it’s been tough finding GOOD Mexican food.

My husband and I recently tried this new Mexican restaurant, and we were both so impressed! The food is authentic, delicious, and full of flavor—just like the dishes my husband grew up with. You can truly taste the love and tradition in every bite. The restaurant itself is cute and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true taste of Mexico. We’ll definitely be back!

I have visited this restaurant twice. First experience was good, I got a breakfast burrito. The second visit was a horrible mistake I wish I could take back. Worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Carne asada fries, 3x street tacos and a carnitas burrito.
My partner and I shared the carne asada fries and shared the suffering.

Mexican Food “Taqueria El Comalito” is a great add-on to the DTC area(remodeled). My bf got the Trio chicken Enchiladas, which were delicious(green chile, cheese, and red salsa). I got 4 pastor tacos, and they were sweet due to the pineapple. I added a little bit of salt for my tasting, but other than that, it’s was yummy. My bf got a Mexican coke it was super cold, just like it should be. My drink was a Fresa Augua Fresca(Strawberry Sweet Drink), which came in a secure cup like the bobba cups you see, so it was good for taking home they also had Tamarindo (Tamarid) and Horchata(Sweet Rice milk drink). They have an outdoor area with plenty of tables and seating. Overall lovely environment. The service was fast and friendly.

I ordered a carne asada burrito and the burrito was more than 50% shredded lettuce. I wish I were exaggerating, it was more lettuce than all other ingredients combined. Very disappointing and unsatisfying. Only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is the salsa was pretty decent. But come on guys, nobody wants a lettuce burrito, that was truly ridiculous. Can’t believe I paid over 12 bucks for a pile of lettuce wrapped in a tortilla.

Seriously my new favorite place. I work down the street and tried it a couple weeks ago and fell in love. It’s so delicious! I’ve been coming here a little too often after work. Haha! So worth it though
