Same amazing authentic Mexican delicious we’ve loved for years! My mom took me as a child and now it’s my children’s fav place after church. It has turned into a tradition. Must try in Hamilton. Our server every Sunday – Elisha is always friendly and makes great recommendations. Family friendly and very affordable pricing.

I’ve eaten at many Mexican Taquerias in my life and El Comal was the best Taqueria experience to date!
1. It was late nite and the Taqueria was very much open for business.
2. From the moment we walked in the host and wait staff were so welcoming with friendly smiles.
3. The atmosphere was what I expected in a taqueria: fun music, colourful decor, 3 television screens running soccer, football, and music videos.
4. The other guests ranged from couples to small families, and a few singles.
5. The Food ordering was made soooo easily with the most dynamic and well informed bilingual waitress named Elisha.
6. Everyone working in the restaurant and behind the register and kitchen were all attentive to us and having a good time.
7. And the Food…….. Primo Tasty. The basic enchiladas and tacos and chips were more than that. I kid you not, no exaggerating, Tasty! Not too greasy, not salty, but almost like gourmet Mexican Taqueria if that makes sense.
I would drive from Dayton to Hamilton just for Taqueria El Comal’s food, atmosphere, friendly smiles and for Elisha’s work ethic and beautiful personality any day of the week.

I’ve been to a lot of Mexican spots, but Taqueria Comal Mexican Grill is in a league of its own. Just look at the plate—the food is as authentic and flavorful as it gets.
Why you need to go:
• The Food: The arroz and frijoles are perfectly seasoned, and that main dish? Absolute perfection. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. Don’t even get me started on the guacamole and pico de gallo—fresh, vibrant, and the perfect kick to start the meal.
• The Service: What really takes this place from great to elite is the staff. Elisha always takes care of us and is absolutely amazing. Attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask.
• The Vibe: It’s welcoming, clean, and exactly where you want to be when those taco cravings hit.

Ok, so this place is awesome either route you go. They have enormous serving sizes if you get anything off their regular menu, well worth the money. Or you can get small hard or soft shell tacos ( chicken or beef) on Tuesday for like $1.29. Not to mention they have the best homemade hot sauce in the game around the local taco places, if you like spicy sauces. Definitely worth a try

Delicious food! I was there for lunch and had the tilapia plate with rice and salad, and tortillas and chips on the side of course.. It was excellent. Good sized portions and very tasty especially when dressed with some of the avocado salsa from the salsa bar. Yes there is a salsa bar where you can help yourself to any of the four salsa nicely labeled for piquancy. That really is a welcome finishing touch for a good meal.

They almost ALWAYS get my order incorrect when I order to go. It’s not the language barrier, because I order in Spanish, but it’s frustrating.

My wife and I finally checked this place out for Cindo de Mayo and we’re sorry we didn’t earlier. Easily some of the best shrimp fajitas I’ve had. The food is spiced very well. You get hot chips & salsa to munch on before your meal arrives too. The margaritas are spot-on and not too weak nor strong. Plus everything is affordable!
