They had a very rude girl working at the ordering window. My relative ordered tacos in Spanish and the girl gave her the total in English. We asked to repeat it in Spanish because my family member does not speak English. The answer was “I don’t know Spanish” I told her that it would be good for her to learn Spanish because she is working a Hispanic Mexican food truck. She replied, “Not me, tell her (my relative) to use her phone translator if she doesn’t understand.” I told her that it is her job to have the translator available for her clients because she pays her bills with the customes money. She didn’t like it much. I got closer to the small order here window to see how they prepared the tacos and she closed the window on my face. To finish, they handed me the order of tacos to and I passed the to my family member and the tacos meat was cold, only the tortillas were hot. It was a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend it. Unfortunately now they lost very good customers because we always look for them at events to eat.

Man, we visited this truck at an event today. No prices listed on menu. We ordered 4 sodas in cans. Which couldn’t have been over 8 bucks. We ordered one plate of the birria tacos which comes with 4 tacos and a small 1/3 cup consommé. I expected 10-12 bucks for that not totaling 20 with sodas included. They charged me 30 dollars. Meaning the plate had to be 22 dollars. What the heck?? Awful experience. The consommé spilt on my hand scalding me. (My fault) but they would not give us a new cup and it was a struggle to get ice.

This place is ridiculous. Paid 31 dollars for the taco plate (3 small tacos), and the birria taco plate and 2 waters (the kind you can get 30 of them for 4 bucks at Sams). I trusted them since there was no prices that the food would be a lot. Disappointed.

We had the birria tacos, and coming from Texas, we were skeptical. Well, they did not disappoint. In fact, they were outstanding! Very impressed with the presentation, flavor, and overall service. The aguas frescas were amazing as well! I had the agua de Jamaica & my son had the horchata and they were perfect!

I spent almost $16 on a small asada bowl and the tamarindo drink at the Ozark corn maze/Pumpkin Patch. My 3 yr old accidentally dropped my drink on our way to the table. I went back to get a new drink and the lady was rude and wasn’t wanting to give me a new drink OR a refund even though I had JUST purchased it and didn’t even get a sip out of it. She kept saying, “I understand but that’s out of our hands, it’s not our fault that your kid dropped the drink”. I told her it wasn’t my fault that the drink got dropped either and that’s bad business. She then rolled her eyes and said to her co-workers, “ugh customers man!” In front of everyone else waiting in line to pay for their food. She proceeded to talk Spanish in an argumentative manner and shut the screen. Moments later she very begrudgingly handed me a drink. If you are that ungrateful for people paying for your overpriced, bland food and obviously lack customer service you should find a different job. I hope the Ozark Pumpkin Patch will think twice before allowing them to serve there again because they were anything but family friendly!!

Over priced tacos, it was only one tortilla per taco. We ordered tacos with consomé and they only gave 1/3 cup for 4 tacos. Agua fresca had no flavor. It was 3 small tacos for $10, that’s without drink, was very dissatisfied.

Food was great, her birria tacos have been the best i have ever had! Her employees are very friendly and kind. Totally recommend and i will for sure be buying from them again!

I had some birria tacos with a consomé let me tell you they where delicious my kids had a torta de asada my girls loved it and the agua fresca de Jamaica so good highly recommend Taqueria el Chuco
