This is the second time I order from them. I just moved to Salisbury, I love my Mexicans and their tacos!!!!. I can from florida , I know my tacos , this is the spot if you want those good tacos. Ive been having the same tacos for the last 6 years , since I moved to charlotte. I recently moved to Salisbury and I can say my old spot cannot compare.tacos are stuffed , SEASONINGS!!!! These tacos got spot AMAZING, not only that VARIETY. I love my veggies and they gave my man options . Im eating the tacos as we speak. This is the spot is THE SPOT!! This taco truck got recommended by so many people so I have to give it a try. Also this side of town doesn’t have a lot food choices beside the Thai place, so it is a lifesaver if you didn’t bring lunch or doesn’t want to eat fast food. It is so good that there is a 15-20 mins wait during rush hours. After 1pm, the service is faster. You can also order ahead.
Food is loaded with fresh ingredients. I only had taco so far but I should try something else next time. Just look at the pictures. Onions, nopales, meat, my tacos are full, and is freshly made. Drinks are also massive, their agua fresca is kinda too sweet in my opinion.
They don’t open everyday so you are out of luck on Monday and Tuesday I think.

Stopped by to try some quesabirria tacos while working nearby, and these are the absolute best I’ve had. Considering I’ve tried plenty in Charlotte. So unfortunate it’s an hour drive. 5/5.

My boyfriend went on his lunch break and got an order of quesabirria. Waited 30-40 minutes and everyone after him got their food. I don’t know if it was a race thing or what. Highly disappointed.

my husband picked this place for our Friday night dates, he thought it was a restaurant and when I arrived I was a little surprised it was a taco truck. I messaged him to let him know it was not a restaurant at all. however, I was willing to give it a try.
Boy am I glad I gave the truck a try because it was outstanding. We have actually been back a 2nd time now and still so good!
