This is my 2nd time This week food wasn’t bad…..the problem was after both visits ordering $80 worth of food i told the cashier money is not a problem before I pay please charge me for extra salsa and then tell me my total which im willing to pay….I told the cashier how much for everything including the extra salsa im asking which im willing to pay for in cash sheet no need extra salsa is free i said ok but I would a lot and im willing to pay for it she said no worries it’s free well I get home which is 15 minutes away and sure enough no green salsa only red salsa after spending $80 twice this week im pretty disappointed after calling back to see about correcting the mistake that was made….the cashier tells me that she can offer me a free green salsa next time I come in ‍♂️ the green and red salsa comes free with every order especially an $80 order twice this week and I live 15 minutes away…my point is I asked if I have to pay for extra salsa im very much willing to but the lady assured me that I won’t have to bcuz it’s free with every order ‍♂️ ‍♂️ so why after spending almost $150 within a week on food here and I live 15 minutes away i can’t get my extra salsa that I asked for it’s not the point it’s the principle I’ve been a customer for years but after this I’d probably won’t be coming back….I did call back and spoke to the lady that helped me at the register and she offered me a free salsa next time I come in…..which free salsa comes with every order regardless….especially after spending $80 each time ‍♂️

The back of the house team consistently does an excellent job in providing high-quality food, and their recipes are flavorful and well-prepared. Their dedication to maintaining great taste and presentation is truly commendable.

That being said, my concern lies with the front-of-house service during the evening shift. The cashier on duty has demonstrated a lack of professionalism in her interactions with customers. She is often impolite, dismissive when asked about the menu, and displays little empathy toward guests as they arrive. This is particularly unfortunate, as the cashier is the first point of contact and plays a vital role in shaping the overall customer experience.

While I highly value the outstanding work of the kitchen staff, I hope management addresses this service issue so that the hospitality at the front of the house reflects the same excellence as the food.

No greeting upon arrival and the ordering process was painfully slow. I waited nearly an hour for five tacos. Very disappointing experience and the customer service needs serious improvement.

Delicious food!! Super fresh and exceptional customer service. I accidentally drove to the location on 123 E Jamestown st in Stockton and the cashier there was yelling at me saying “we’re closed” wouldn’t let me get a word, profiled me saying I must’ve been the customer who called and “didn’t have a ride” so they gave my food away etc. I then realized I was at the wrong location and thank goodness!!! The hammer lane location is super clean and inviting. GO TO THIS ONE!!!!
