TLDR: It’s a GOOD but not GREAT taco truck.. portions are good, sauce is good, and cuts/quality/taste of meats is good, service was excellent. Prices are a bit high for the quality.
so I really love taco trucks. I was really excited to try this truck with all the raving reviews but I’m gonna be brutal. They are EXPENSIVE I got 4 fajita flour tacos and a regular chicken burrito. And 2 sodas for 18 bucks… and a tip. That’s a LOT for just two people. The burrito was good-ish? Felt like there was very little meat compared to the lettuce and cheese. The meat was good but definitely not great. The tacos were a good size and had plenty of meat which is nice. The fajita was good. But again not great. It was cooked well, there were not fatty cartilage bits like other trucks. The choice/cut of meat. The amount it was cooked. PERFECT. Flavor was nothing crazy. Salsa verde was average and hot, and the salsa rojo was good but not strong. It’s over all a good but not great truck contrary to most of the reviews claiming it’s the best. Should definitely try taqueria alazan on telephone if you believe this to be the “best”.

Best taco truck in Pasadena!! Hands down… There fajita tostada is just right with the right amount of food and vegetables in it. There fajita large quesadillas perfect with a cup of charra beans. Always friendly service! Even on phone orders….

This guys use to ve very good but than their food prices went up and they stopped giving the fried onion n jalapeño with every order like prices went up food didn’t get better quality of service went down after prices went up, product an service really took a hit, I’m also certain the cooks ain’t getting paid more thats why they don’t care to give good service all other taco trucks include the onions n jalapeños
