Food was delicious. Staff were super polite. There was a nice covered area with three picnic tables that was very tidy. The tortillas were being made right in front of us, so you’re know they’re fresh. My family loved it and we will absolutely be eating there again.

Unbelievable Birria tacos. We have tried so many and these were by far the most outstanding. I tried the Tyaluda and it was phenomenal. The best Spanish rice and pickled onions and oh my word the refried beans were so delicious. I am so glad we tried them out and we will definitely come back often!

I love the people that dedicate so much time and effort to this food truck! Every time I visit they are super friendly. Yes, you may have to wait a bit for your food but everything is made fresh to order and DELICIOUS. So, it’s well worth the wait. If you’re adventurous, definitely try their tacos with “lengua”. 9 times out of 10 I will get the quesabirrias though. A few restaurants in the area offer this on their menu, but nobody makes them as well as this place.

It’s a food truck so nothing fancy in the atmosphere department. However the food is delicious and this Mexican food is the best around. Trying different menu items and the prices are reasonable. Win win in this neck of the woods. Try them out please! Tacos gringas in the pictures with steak (half eaten) marinated pork and pulled chicken. Cantelope water was amazing plus they have other beverages but didn’t see them listed had to ask.

Wow!!! Absolutely loved all of the dishes we ordered and could not be happier to finally find authentic Mexican food here in NC. Moved from California last year and I’ve been searching for a place like this. Will definitely be back. Staff were super nice and accommodating, can’t say enough about this place! The cabeza y lengua taco is to die for.
