I’ve passed this place several times before finally deciding to drop in for a bite to eat.
I’ve heard so many good things about Taqueria El Aguacatero, just had to see for myself.
First let me start by saying that the customer service was outstanding
it always a pleasure to see smiling faces behind counters when ordering food.
You definitely get way more food than what you pay for, unfortunately the food doesn’t seem to be seasoned properly at least not for my taste.
Although the food itself was in fact very good; but adding other spices for taste was very disappointing.
Will visit Taqueria El Aguacatero again, but next time I’ll definitely be asking for more seasonings in my food..

Tacos are good with good amount of meat. Burritos are a nice size and filling. I like how there is specials for lunch time. Rice and beans need some flavor or salt, kinda bland. Staff is very nice.

Came here for the first time. The menu has soooooo many options to choose from. I’ll start by saying they have amazing customer service. They were super nice and patient with me. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed at all. The food was definitely fresh. I got the birria plate. The meat was sooooo juicy and tender but the flavor was very bland. It didn’t taste like it even had salt on it. Im used to my Mexican food being soaked with flavors. Because the meat was cooked so well though I’d probably order it again and just prepare it with my own seasoning/marinade. The beans and rice were ok. Not nasty but they didn’t stand out. Just bland. My partner got Carne asada tacos. Her meat was really tough but she liked it that way. Overall not too bad. And the food came out extremely quick.

Anyways, their food is always consistently good, never I question my tastebuds if it is different the first time or the last time I ate here. I love the quick service and if my fiancé’s and I are looking for a quick bite, we can count on getting our food quick. Not only that, their portion is HUGE! We leave full everytime and our plates are cleaned off. Easily one of the best in town!

I’ve been a faithful customer for 3 years now. I get the same thing every time. Chicken habanero wet burrito. Ever since they moved to the truck the quality has gone down hill. They stopped using shredded chicken, which is fine (tho it’s really not the same using chopped chicken) but there is hardly anything in there! There were literally only a dozen tiny (AND VERY DRY) pieces of “chopped” chicken. They might have well used scraps from the butcher. The habanero cream sauce has changed DRASTICALLY. It used to be pale, light and creamy, now its dark, thick and has no habanero flavor. Idk if they have a new chef or if they changed where their ingredients come from but I am so disappointed. Once upon a time I would have sold a kidney for this recipe, not anymore. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD RECIPES!
