Best tamale I’ve had in my entire life. And the rice and beans are just as good. I can’t wait to come back

Ordered the carne asada and instantly regretted it. The portion was terrible literally like two tiny pieces of meat, not even enough to make two tacos. The carne asada was greasy, shiny, and tasted bad. The rice was overcooked, beans were okay but barely any of them, and the whole plate looked sad for the $20 I paid. It even came on a cheap plastic plate.
The tortillas were thick, no flavor, and just nasty. My brother tried it too and agreed it was trash. For the price and portion size, this place is a total rip-off. Never again

Absolutely delicious food! I used to work a few blocks away but now that I work from home I will drive from my house in Bothell just to get one of their burritos! The flavors are authentic, the portions are spot on, and I always feel comfortable standing out front and ordering.

Great food truck spot for tacos. There’s so many types to choose from. Unfortunately no fish or vegetarian options. Definitely a meat spot. Staff are so friendly too! Near Everett community College.

This is by far the best taco truck I’ve ever been to in my life. I’m talking better than those in East L.A. my favorite thing to get is the cabeza tacos and the tamales de puerco y queso. Always very friendly and the wait is well worth it. Google has their hours messed up, they’re open till 8pm!

Their Tacos are amazing! The best asada and lengua tacos I’ve ever had from CA to WA. Their burritos don’t have enough meat though so the taste is drowned out by the excess fillers (rice, beans, & lettuce). Their masa is a bit on the sweet side so we didn’t enjoy the pork tamale but the cheese & jalapeño tamale was good. The saltiness of the cheese balanced the sweetness of the masa.

I have had some pretty dry, salty and greasy street tacos before so I pretty much swore off them. So many of my coworkers rave about this place, so finally I gave in and tried them out.
I must say, I am so glad that I did! They were the most flavorful, juicy, tender I have had! And there tamales…pack with meat! Unlike others I tried where you woukd have to search for the meat!
The street tacos were so good, that i had to try the lengua. Why did I do that?? The meat tender, flavorful and rich! Thinking that they are the same at other places, I tried another taco truck near my home town… , tasted like tuff chewy liver. Learned my lesson!!
If you have not tried this place out yet, give it a shot!

Our first trip here. Our usual spot was closed, so we gave it a shot. The food and staff were quite good. Nothing over the top but all very well done and flavorful. We ordered sopes, tacos, tortas, mulitas, and tamal. The adobada was my favorite, but everything we had was quite good. I lowered the atmosphere a bit because of the seating. Although it was a pretty normal food truck seating, it just was not what we were hoping for. We had a great visit, and I will certainly be back.

First off, the tacos were spectacular!! I only wish I had more room to try other items. The people who run this business know what they are doing! Super friendly service. They will be my number one go to taco truck when I’m in Everett again!
