Best restaurant in Prescott Valley. Absolutely delicious and a great experience every time! tacos are packed with flavor and loaded with fresh toppings. The rice was perfectly seasoned and the refried beans were smooth and tasty. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the portion sizes were very generous. The lime on the side added the perfect finishing touch. Friendly atmosphere and quick service made it even better. This is my favorite restaurant in Prescott Valley.

So look, I came from a very Hispanic populated area in CA a few years back… and let me tell you, I have missed genuine Mexican food… I hadn’t found not one place until today. My husband and I came in on a whim and now we have a spot that I will never forget. The food was top tier, the hot sauce… even better. I have finally found a taste of home with Don Omar’s. I had the barria tacos… I will be coming back… probably more than I’d like to admit. The best!

Awesome food, service and friendly atmosphere! Tortillas, chopped poroduce, meats, salsas, horchatas and aguas frescas are all made in-house and fresh. Owner humbly takes pride in his business and makes contact with patrons to make sure their needs are met. Small dining area with takeout. Best to call ahead if you don’t want to wait for fresh tortillas.

We stopped in here yesterday by chance because we tried to go to Maya’s Mercado, but there was no parking available there. Since we had a craving for Mexican food we looked up some reviews and decided to try this place out. I’m so glad we did. We moved from the valley this summer and don’t eat out a lot. Being an AZ resident for 29 years in the valley will make you have high standards for Mexican food. I got the al pastor tacos. My Fiancé got the quesa twist and a lengua taco. We were so excited we forgot to take pictures. Hands down the best tortillas I’ve ever had. The meat was delicious, not dry, and very good flavor. Also not greasy. So many places make greasy food these days. It was clean and they were friendly. We will definitely be back!

Ohhh my goodness… Never have I heard of Consommé. And Oh.. we ‘consommé-ted’ our tacos and the Queso-Twist.
First pulling up to the place, it is smaller than I thought. Parking is very limited. But we were there at the right time. We came at 6pm and parking lot was empty, but it soon filled fast.
Interior is quaint, seating is comfy, temperature inside was a little warm for the babe.
It’s really a quaint little gem!!
Food.. WOW. I very much enjoyed every bite. I ordered the special. 3 tacos, asada, beans, rice. Also the Queso-twist. The babe ordered the Quesa Tacos.
I had no clue what consomme was, didn’t know if it was a dip or drink.. well come to find out.. it’s both. I dipped, poured it and drank it. So good.
Definitely one of my favorites of the Prescott, Prescott Valley area.
Service… Is pretty simple.. You order at counter, get a buzzer for your order, pick up order at counter and grab everything you need at counter, napkins utensils salt and pepper and you take it to your table then clean up your table and discard everything but the basket in the tub on top of the trash.
I don’t know how long this place has been here but next door is Harman Chiropractor and a little cafe next to it.
A little one stop shop kinda place.
After your chiro adjustment pop over for some tacos and consommé them before they are down the hatch.

What an amazing experience! The dinning room may be small but the tastes are expansive and amazing. My son and I ordered six tacos and after eating them needed another four more. The staff is friendly, the kitchen is open and very clean. If you want a great taco, this is where you need to eat in Prescott Valley.

Service was good. The gentleman took our order helped us decide what we wanted to order, and how we wanted our food. They have a small easy menu with a handful of delicious choices. The meat was tasty and we’ll prepared. The produce was crisp and fresh. The tortillas seemed homemade, unsure if they are, but they were tasty as well and not dry and generic like some places. They have some Mexican juices and a selection of bottles sodas. We ordered 3 Asada tacos with bottled sodas, this is a deal they have for 12$ which seemed big at first but the food was good and I felt the price wasn’t bad for how fresh and delicious it was. Overall I will go again it is a nice little place with good food and friendly service.
