The food was amazing. The service was exceptional. They met every request and exceeded all of our expectations.
We will definitely use them again for our future events.
Special thanks to Idalia for her expertise , her professionalism and friendly customer service, as well as her coordinating the entire menu for us.
The food was 5 star quality, for sure.
Chorizo taco is one of the best in Southern Michigan! The marinated pork is excellent as well.
You place your order inside at the counter then come out to the food truck to pick up your order. There is a covered outdoor area with tables to sit and eat. Staff is very friendly and helpful with ordering. The food is amazing, I got a tostada (carne molida) three tacos (carne asada, chorizo, and pollo) and a pork tamale.
Chorizo was the stand out but the steak and chicken were both very good. I liked the chicken, usually I don’t.
The tostada was very good but the tortilla was very bland, possibly stale? I’ll give it another try next time because it was very good other than that.
The tamale was excellent! It seems they may put some of their red salsa in them. Just a bit of heat and tons of flavor! Though it was a bit on the small side, may have just been an odd one are a small batch. I’ll see next time how it is.
With one visit I’m comfortable recommending this place, it’s very good and I’ll be back soon. I’ll update here on my next visit.

Tried the marinated pork, chorizo, and steak tacos and an Al pastor tostada. All were excellent! The chorizo is the stand out here.

Again got the marinated pork, chorizo, and steak tacos an Al pastor tostada and pork tamale.
The tostada was great, tortilla was good and not hard or stale. The tamale was still on the small side but packed with meat and very delicious. The chorizo is still the king here for me. This time I did not care for the marinated pork, something was off. The steak was still solid.
A young man took my order and was quite short with me, borderline almost hostile. It was a strange experience. The food was great and the lady who made it was delightful.

I highly recommend the Al Pastor tacos. They use pineapple in the marinated pork and onion. The fajitas are also outstanding. Enough for 2 people or leftovers.
