Got the Al Pastor tacos. Very very good. Will be stopping here on future trips through Nebraska. This is MUCH better than the multitudes of mediocre chain restaurants on the main drag.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Right off the highway, We were passing thru from Mi headed to Cali. don’t judge the neighborhood by the taste, don’t judge that it’s a food truck by The Taste either. I have celiacs I’m highly allergic to gluten, the customer service was outstanding as well and they speak English. I highly recommend this place a Saturday afternoon and there’s no wait no lineup. There’s plenty of parking there are no restrooms there are no steps it is a food truck, covered tables to eat at, the menu is displayed on the outside on the truck, also please take note there is a tip jar on the left side of the ordering window, so you can tip. (Note it does come with soup, but I didn’t want it).

Been a while since I’ve been here, but the food is still absolutely fantastic. Got some tacos de lengua, which were a first time for me and they were to die for. Literally the best tacos de lengua I’ve had in years! It was so good too, that I totally forgot to actually even take a picture of it because I ate it so fast.
I did however also order some Tacos Tejuana’s and some Elote and I did get some photos of those.
The service was fast, and the guy at the cash register was super kind. Place is a 10 out of 10 and probably one of, if not my favorite spots to eat in the entire city of Kearney.

Beware!! Passing thru town on a roadtrip yesterday I purchased one pupusa for lunch. The food was delicious however when I checked my credit card statement today I was charged $37.80 instead of $3.50 for one pupusa.

Since eating here, I’ve eaten at a handful of other places that serve similar foods. These are the best Birria tacos, period. I had the Tacos Tijuana, and everything was packed with flavor. The next time I find myself anywhere near the Kearney area, I’m making it a point to get back to Taqueria Cancino. I’m disappointed that I only have 5 stars to give.

This taco truck is the bomb. I struggled reading half of the stuff on the menu, but that’s how I knew it would be authentic and delicious Everything on the menu is great. Fresas con Crema is a really good desert. And their Tacos Tijuana are amazing. Thank you for the food!

Part 2: couldn’t imagine leaving Kearney without going back for lunch. Had the Tacos Tijuana and absolutely fantastic. Easily the best tacos I’ve ever had. Even with an enormous TT order, had to order an additional barbacoa taco because I didn’t get enough yesterday. Fantastic food, a “must stop” restaurant in Kearney, as well as Nebraska in general. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tacos Tijuana are great. Well priced and a lot to eat. The sopes are ok. The meat on the sope was kind of bland and old. Overall for a food truck is a 3 not to impressed. It’s in a weird area hard to find or drive by. But not to bad hopefully they upgrade to a better place and end up selling in a better food truck or even a restaurant. Cleanliness is a 2.5 not to well if that matters to you.

Because of an online order mix up I had to wait a whole day for the food I ordered. Not even mad tho cuz the food here slaps! Got killer birra which was everything my partner wanted. The carnitas and elote are also to die for! Great, authentic food and the price is good!

We loved everything about this place! Our new favorite. The food was AMAZING. I didn’t realize how big the papusas were and essentially ordered two meals. The service was fantastic, and it’s run by a very kind family. Outdoor seating is available or you can get it to go. 10/10.
