Came around 12ish for lunch (its open @11am) i should’ve walked out when i realize the restaurant lights were still off in the kitchen area, let alone an empty parking lot but cars started pulling up after i left anyways. i ordered a asada burrito dinner just to be given GROUND BEEF that was overly salty (im sure they gave me meat that wasnt use the day before) rice were mediocre, beans..ok… with a horchata…i even tip them, i need to stick to supporting the food trucks. Apparently this place picks and choose WHO and what orders they want to serve CORRECTLY

I used to love going to this place, and frequented it at least once a week. I don’t know if it changed hands, but the food is not what it used to be. The service sucks…. takes forever to be seen, and food being handed to the wrong customer. Today was the final straw when I pulled many long hairs out of my tacos after waiting extra time because they handed my call in order to someone else! I will not got back! And I’m sorry, but salsa verde is green, not red!

One of my favorite local spots for fast good Mexican food. They used to have 3 sauces on the tables/included with togos a while back that I greatly miss. But overall it’s fantastic.

Stopped by the food truck on National and Hwy 100, by Home Depot.
My family and I wanted to try out the food so we landed on 2 quesadilla, one chicken and one steak. Friendly staff, fantastic food. We will definitely be back again!

My review is based on an authentic food truck by the same name located on national near hwy 100 in front of Home Depot. Business owner, please let me know if this food truck isn’t yours so I can update the review.
Nachos. Consisted of tortilla chips, cheese sauce, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and steak.
Everything tasted okay.
Portion size was enough for 1 adult.
Pricing was quite reasonable since this order was very similar to concession stand nachos.
Overall, if I want more authentic nachos, I’ll go somewhere else.

It is not that fancy restaurant, but my family really enjoyed in here! Everything was so tasty and fresh with reasonable price. Definitely we will visit again!

Sadly, we had our food delivered so it is hard to say if the demise started before the order was sent out. The portions seemed reasonable but the tacos I had were cold. The corn tortilla shells fell apart pretty fast so maybe the driver took to long- who knows. The guacamole was overpriced and I would not order it again.

I ordered a taco dinner with 3 birria tacos. Not only did it take 2 people and more than 3 times to get the order through because the people at the restaurant kept switching the person on the phone, but it also ended up wrong anyway. After picking up our order they didn’t even give us what we ordered. Then they said that they did give the right order to us even though we were literally looking at it and it wasn’t what we ordered.

If you’re looking for legit Mexican food(the salsa is my fav), Taqueria BuenaVista is where it’s at! I’m from LA, and every time I eat here, it feels like I’m back home in downtown Los Angeles. The flavors are so authentic, and the staff is always super friendly and welcoming—it’s just a good vibe all around.

Honestly, any of the bad reviews are probably from uncultured Karens who don’t know what real Mexican food is. This isn’t some watered-down, fake taco spot. It’s the real deal, and if you know, you know. If you’re craving legit tacos and that true LA taqueria feel, this place is a must!
