I absolutely love this place. Never have been a fan of pork but they’re carnitas are amazing. I must go there three times a week at least and yes it took a little while for the young man to warm up but now he’s very friendly. I love this place!

This is the best taco truck in the entire south end of Seattle! Oaxaca style Tacos, burritos sopas, quesadillas,tortas, Quesabirrias! I found this little gem while I was doing construction in the south end of Seattle and after trying three or four other trucks, my entire crew agrees that this is the winner! If you’re a fan of Oaxaca style food, this truck will not disappoint! I had both the Asada and Carnitas burrito and I can’t remember having anything better. The Verde and habanero salsa are delicious beyond anything I’ve ever had. As a sidenote, I talked to the owner and asked why her rating was so low and she said that she took the business over a couple years ago and is recovering from the previous owner‘s bad reputation. My advice to anyone interested is to give this truck a try you won’t be disappointed!

They sell the best handmade quesadillas I have ever had in my life. That’s a tall order. I’m Mexican and I’m super critical. Hands down the best in Washington. All of their meet is good. The quesadillas are filled w a ton of meat. It’s an exquisite culinary experience. Plus their salsas are delicious.

The food is excellent but the service is simply awful. Long wait times and the teen male behind the counter obviously doesn’t want to be there. He barely acknowledges your presence. They close early with no notice and often don’t answer the phone for take out orders. They also charge about 30% more than the competition. Not the way to run a business in my opinion. The Quesabirria is the best I have found though.

No place is worth 5 stars in my opinion. This place is great though! I’ve gotten the carne asada burrito at least 10 times now and I’ve always been super satisfied. I’ve never had a bad experience with this food truck either. Might have to try the Quesabirria next, I’ve heard its good 😀

I was looking forward to trying the food but they didn’t even acknowledge me when I greeted them. I like giving places great reviews (if the food is great) but this place really disappointed. Hopefully your experience is better than mine. Would not recommend with the attitude I received (also they were sold out of adobada and tongue).

Homemade quesadillas (tortillas are homemade corn tortillas) are so good. Great spot to grab lunch. Every time I grab food for the team they’re stoked when I grab Perla’s.

I frequent here once a month or so, food is good although customer service could be better. I asked for guacamole on the side today for my burrito and didn’t get it on the side even though I tipped and paid for extra sauce. I didn’t get my receipt so I’m not sure if they charged me for the guacamole I never got. They were not busy and I called ahead so I’m not sure why the lack of service.
