YOU NEED TO GO HERE!!!
Best Mexican food I’ve ever had!! It came out hot and was so authentic and amazing. Staff was great! Refills and food took a minute to come out but we were filling up by on chips and salsa!! Pricing also was soooo good!!! $12 for the birria and $17 for the fajitas!! The horchata was also amazing but superrrr sweet!

Started with a food truck in my small town. Then they opened a store front! Food is great! Portions are always good and prices are fair in today’s market. Highly recommend the Aranda’s plate and Steak torta sandwich! Great place good people.

I first want to state that my family loves this restaurant for the food and the service. Both of those aspects are worth five stars. The kids love eating here, we love supporting this place. But our dine-in experience this last time would have been much better with more family-friendly programming on the televisions around the dining room.
One of the TVs was playing Wheel of Fortune, which was perfectly appropriate for a family place. The other televisions were less appropriate. One had a news station that was reporting on murder and violence with commercials discussing sexual assault. Another had a movie on that featured creepy clowns that had our children transfixed. It would be really nice to switch the TVs to more-neutral programming (such as Wheel of Fortune or family-friendly programming). The TVs really brought down our experience dining in, as our kids were asking about what was happening on the screens.
Again, we love this place, but this is not the first time that the televisions have had questionable material showing and now that we’ve experienced it more than once, it was time to leave a review.

Dining at Taqueria Arandas was an overall enjoyable experience.
When we first arrived, there was some initial confusion—no one greeted us at the door, and it wasn’t clear whether we were supposed to seat ourselves. We ended up going to the bar to ask. Fortunately, once we were seated, the service improved significantly. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of.
The food arrived quickly, was served hot, and tasted fresh. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, which added to the overall positive vibe.
Despite the awkward start, we left satisfied and would consider returning.

Well balanced restaurant.
Staff is very friendly and attentive.
The Salsa and chips are good. Salsa not to spicy. Chips not salty or old. Good crunch.
Street tacos are great. Had Cabeza and al Pastor. Definitely a place I would recommend.

I first met the owner of this establishment a number of years ago when he only had one taco truck. At the time it struck me that the food coming out of this truck was amazing. It is absolutely authentic and everything is cooked from fresh nothing is frozen. You can tell the difference from the first bite. This is a genuinely family-run business. A number of his brothers and his sister are usually on hand to serve you the best Mexican food in Quincy. You owe it to yourself to stop by and try anything on the menu. I know you’ll come back.

One of the BEST quesadilla’s I have ever eaten, hands down. For the price it is unbelievable.
We’ve had the ability to eat Mexican food in many places all the US. As you can imagine, I was shocked when I found this place in Quincy, IL.
Would highly recommend, great service, food, and prices.

Best tacos in town! So good. Reminds me of my Aunt Marianne’s cooking. Very fresh. Radishes and limes come standard.
Sometimes I think their chicken tacos are my favorite. But, the steak ones are really good. Actually, the carnitas might be the best!
If you like tacos, definitely check this place out.

I visited Quincy for my Daughter’s official College recruitment visit at Quincy University. We wanted to eat Mexican food while in town, we found this place and we loved it. My wife and boy had the fajitas and I had the Quesabirria tacos. The food was great and I highly recommend it to everyone. The waiter was very nice and helpful. The only negative comment is that the other waiter (tall & slim) that was there was speaking very loud, like she wanted all the patrons to hear her conversation. Other than that everything was outstanding. We will definitely continue to eat here every time we’re in town visiting our Daughter.
Thank you
