This was my first time here and it was really delicious!! The guy I talked to was super nice and informative. The churros delicious!! I will be getting more. I got beef fajitas gorditas, it was delicious and felt old school!! I love that! I also got the Migas plate and my husband loves it. They give you the right amount of food to fill you up!! The music was wonderful I love Shakira!! They have a wide variety of food,snacks and drinks, I can’t wait to come back again and try new things!! Highly recommend

Clean place with lots of shaded seating. The aguas( drinks) we ordered were sweet but came in a large cup. The consume could use a bit more flavor along with the queso birria. My friend got the Gordita and the masa part fell apart really quick. Also the red salsa could be a bit spicier but that’s my personal preference.

really love this place! to start the menu is absolutely massive, and the drinks are a great place to start because they have so many great options! if you are hungry, which i assume you are, then the food options are fantastic! a quick snack or feeding a family, they have you covered. i loved their barbacoa and al pastor! they have a great outdoor seating area with music and bathrooms available. 100% worth stopping in!

Great food options from chicharon preparado to amazing tacos as well as sweets!! Their Aguas frescas are always fresh and delicious!!!!
And fruit cups are always fresh!!! I love that they offer hand painted clay cups for your drinks as well definitely one of our favorites!!

Love stopping by when visiting Bastrop! Their dressed seltzers are the best. And love the fact that there are cats roaming around. This time we tried their breakfast and it hit the spot.

If you like carne asada / bistec steak tacos this is your spot! Tacos are decent in size, seasoned well topped with onions and cilantro. Add a squirt of lime and green hot sauce and your taste buds will be swirling with authentic Mexican flavors. After a half dozen visits this taco spot earns a great review for being so consistent!
The atmosphere is nice especially for an outdoorish taco stand. Parking lot needs work but they do a great job with decor and great pictures of their menu items. Looks great!
The ladies at the ordering booth can be a bit to the point so be sure to know what you want before ordering at the window. Otherwise they’re generally fairly friendly overall!
Did I mention the horchata!? Perfect! Full of flavor and very refreshing! It’s not at all watery like you often find at other places. Probably the best horchata I’ve found around town! 3 steak tacos and a large horchata under $20 ain’t to bad these days! (Some other review mentioned it was expensive, hate to break it to ya man but steak and everything theses days is expensive! That’s what happens when money is printed from thin air, inflation!)
There’s plenty of more good to be said here but overall this place has been very good! I look forward to eating many more tacos here!

I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I come here I’m disappointed. They mess up my order every time. First time I ordered tacos with grilled onion and cilantro and they gave me plain tacos. Had to drive back to get them fixed. 2nd and 3rd time I asked for the same thing with my birria tacos and again didn’t put any onion. 4th time I ordered a quesadilla and they squeezed a dot of sour cream on the side not even exaggerating. Today I went because my friend invited me I ordered a torta with fries. They barely put meat on my torta I tasted more mayo than anything, and they gave me RAW French fries. And they never make up for it or try to make the mistakes better. Definitely just rather go to Jaliscos ♀️

The place looks great we decided to give them another chance but I didn’t like there ceviche* plate the fish had a horrible taste and smell bad , the tripas where super fried. Tasted like chips. The lady that took our order was nice. The cook they have I don’t think he knows how to cook things at all. I throw away my plate even there chips and salsa for. Waiting there for our food was not worth 4.99.
