Absolutely delicious. Taco Tuesday is only $1.50 for their 3 basic tacos, all of which are great. They had pico with cucumber and aguafresca, which felt refreshing since their dining tables are outside. The dining area is pleasant, comfortable, and clean. Highly recommended!

Good food, but felt like a strangely run establishment.
I wasn’t 100% confident that they were following all food safety precautions.
– The salsa bar was outside, and covered, but did not seem to be on top of ice or anything.
– The inside of the food trailer looked quite unkept from what I could see while ordering.
– I could see a bag of frozen fries just sitting on the counter when I arrived.
– I had to holler to get someone to help me (they were in the back on lawn chairs hanging out since they were NOT busy.)
– The person taking my order, and helping in the back appeared to be extremely young (12-14 is my best guess)

I’d just like to call out the guy that said that the tortillas tasted like plastic but in his profile he gave cafe rio 5 stars. I’m dead.
This is one of two best taco places in all of Utah and the other establishment is around 30 miles away from here.
If you complain about this place and give cafe rio 5 stars, please sit down before you try and comment on what good food is.

This spot is a true hidden gem! Having been to Mexico, I can honestly say this comes impressively close to the real deal. The homemade corn tortillas are a game changer, and their salsa is always fresh and bursting with flavor. I was bummed when their pickled onions disappeared—but great news: they’re back and just as delicious as I remember!
