Whatever your take on “authentic” Mexican is, we probably aren’t it. Our inspiration comes from a global pantry and countless hours spent in the kitchens of some of Salt Lake City’s most notable restaurants. Our food is made from scratch, and we partner with our suppliers for the best ingredients available. Local when possible, sustainable, and always fresh. You’ll find traditional flavors alongside some decidedly nontraditional ingredients like pork belly or duck confit.

Melissa is an amazing server!!! But the entire staff was on top of everything.
The food was out of this world and we could not believe we paid that little for appetizers(2), drinks(4) and delicious food, so much so we have lunch for tomorrow.
The atmosphere is not more than your typical fast/quick service restaurant but the service is much greater.
We will be back regularly.

I don’t eat Mexican food often, but this place didn’t disappoint! I love the location, the atmosphere, how quiet it can be, no overly loud music, the presentation of the food was great, the food was delicious, and we didn’t wait more than 20 minutes! Shout out to Nikki! You’re phenomenal. She definitely has a great attitude and took good care of my wife and I. Even got military discount! I’ll recommend this place to friends and family.

We had a fantastic experience at Taqueria 27 Eagle Mountain! Jess was our server and she did an incredible job. She was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. I ordered the fajitas, and wow… they were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Easily some of the best I’ve had. Great food, great service, and a great vibe. Definitely worth coming back!

Hands down the only place to go while in Eagle Mountain! The food is consistently great, and the service is just as good. You have to try the buffalo chicken tacos—they are a game changer. Always a fantastic experience! And if you have little ones be sure to get the donuts

My family loves coming to this Taqueria27, it’s so nice to have a good sit down restaurant out here in this area. There food is always hot and taste so fresh. The beer is always served cold in a refrigerated glass. The mushroom tacos are my favorite, my husband gets the veggie enchiladas, and my kids split the kids meal black bean burrito. We always get roasted guacamole for an appetizer and it’s hard to try anything new cause we love it that much.
Jess is always our waitress and is top notch, she is very fast and aware of anything we need or almost need. Can’t say enough about how well she does her job and actually seems to enjoy it, makes eating out enjoyable!

One of my favorite Gluten Free restaurants- so many GF options on the menu that are clearly labeled. First time at the Eagle Mountain Location. Melissa was such a great waitress. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about Gluten Free and celiac safe options. The taco of the day is always so good. Love that we have a sit down option in Eagle Mountain. Highly recommend.
