First time at this location. We got the burrito special for $20. Food is good, service was fast. I know it’s potrillos express but I don’t really like the fact they only have one table and they do have a big long table against the wall with benches but doesn’t really work if you have little kids with you. Also they only give you 2 little cups to get salsa and they don’t offer little baggies. Overall it was ok

Arrived and was promptly greeted, they took my order tacos and a burrito…service was quick. The tacos were good well served with good amount of meat ration I love that the tortillas are freshly made, the meat was flavorful and tender I got pastor and carne asada the burrito was good but the meat to rice and beans ration was off hence the 4 stars..I would have liked a more balanced amount of meat and beans. the salsas tasted fresh and also had good flavor and spice. I would recommend for a quick tasty lunch!

I typically visit the foothill location which I’ve never had problems with but both times over ordered the 2 for 20 burritos here I’ve pretty much got a rice and bean burrito. The Al pastor was shredded and very minimal. I had to eat through half of the burrito before even getting the first piece of meat.

This review is mainly about the customer service and experience. Food was good 4/5 however the wait times were horrible. We ordered all pastor and lengua tacos. The chicken tacos for my son were super dry almost like chicharrón. I waited an hour for my food even though I placed an online pick up order. They kept apologizing stating they were short staffed but that is not a reason that someone who walked in And ordered receive their food before me. The staff was yelling back and forth at each other in the kitchen or calling out orders for customers that were already sitting and eating. My order was completed in stages so by the time it was complete the first to-go box was already lukewarm. Nothing express about this place, better off going to a full service 2 potrillos location.

I gotta say my 3rd and last time going!!! The last 2 times they messed up in my order they put onions on burritos I told them 4 times no Onions and they put onions. Today I went and the girl charged me for something I didnt get and I told her n still didnt change it!!!! She charged me for cabesa and I got lengua. The tacos where cabesa and not Lengua like I had told them. I called and complain and the guy was helpfull and said he would change it. I think its a waste of money paying for something u didnt ask for. The lady’s there dont care at all to work all they do is make a face and give you an attitude.

The food was exceptionally delicious. The handmade tortillas, authentic al pastor with pineapple chunks, the lengua, and the variety of salsas were all very tasty.
