Top 10 Dive bar in Michigan. Everyone tries to keep this place hidden, but the food is phenomenal and the bartenders are excellent.
Cozy, and well worth it. 10/10.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a good place for beer. Walked into Tappers and was immediately greeted by the owner Ed. Could not have asked for a better experience. Food was fantastic, beer was fresh and cold and the wait staff was very attentive. My friends and I will definitely be back again as regulars. This place has a very welcoming ‘Cheers’ vibe and is fantastic.

Our business group meets here twice a month at lunch. Best loved are the $5 Salad or Hamburger specials. Restroom have just been refurbished, so clean and new. We played Keno today, tickets gifted to us by the nice owner who is always interested in providing a good experience. Two of our members won!

I love this place! The pizza is fantastic, the staff is wonderful and the owner Ed is very attentive to his customers! Had a surprise party for my boyfriend there last night, and the waitress sofia was amazing! Whether your having a party, dinner or drinks this is the place to go to! It is nestled in a quiet corner, please stop by and tell the staff and owner I sent you, because they are the best!!

Stopped in randomly when in Troy. They had a list of items not available due to supply issues. OK, understand that is a thing now in some cases. Chose items not on the list only to be informed that the list wasn’t complete and no onion rings were available at that time. Also had to wait for the owner to return as he is the cook. We waited and ordered food, it was OK. Not great and probably not worth waiting for. We were hoping to find a nice local place for our increasing trips to Troy but probably will not come here again.

Great food and great staff. The owner even came to our table to check on us and talk, then gave our 2 year old a stuffed animal for free! Very nice guy! We’re definitely going back!
