This is a horrible restaurant. Just keep driving. My daughter tried to order the kids Mac & cheese and asked the server politely if it was homemade or packaged. The server then assured her it was homemade. I ordered a blue cheese “polar burger”. When the server brought us our food 30 minutes later (even though there were only two other groups neither of which were ordering food) my burger had blue cheese Salad Dressing on it and my daughter’s Mac and cheese was Kraft Mac and cheese. All food came either cold or lukewarm. By the way we ordered the jumbo honey glazed wings for 13 dollars and got 6 of the tiniest wings I’ve ever seen with almost no glaze. Don’t Tappa on the brakes just keep going. The bathrooms are so small you literally can’t even open the door halfway.

I haven been in tapa keg inn since 1988. My friend June J said she has been a customer here for a long time. The waitress Tiffany was very pleasant and I had the meatloaf sandwich and apple pie and raspberry tea. Very good thanks for great cooking. Shef . Ave to come back to try your liver meal.

What a great place! Vintage decor, but clean! The food was excellent! Order burgers, 1/3 pounder best burger I have had in a long time! Observing food being served looked great. Waitress said all is homemade, Believe it! Food prices are VERY reasonable. Nice place, wonderful staff, great food, and a price you can afford to dine out more often!!! Please support this great little restaurant.

Polar burger is served chilly with blue cheese dressing and mozzarella. House made macaroni and cheese is more Kraft than homemade. Taco salad was cold – all of it. If this is your style, stop on Inn.

Hidden gem hiding in plain sight. Food was excellent!! Due to shortage in staffing it took alittle longer to order and get food but it was worth the wait.

I had my first burger at this place more than 50 years ago. My grandparents used to get jars of spaghetti to-go from here back in the 1940s. It’s not just a bar and restaurant, it’s a West Duluth institution! Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed a great meal at a reasonable price.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I waited for half an hour, watched two parties arrive and get served before I left. No one brought a water, a menu, even made eye contact. Even though I was seated by the crabby lady. Food looked gross. Zero stars is too generous.

Friendly service and a cute place but the food came out cold. The waitress took it back but it still came out below temp. Considering they weren’t that busy, it was a bit disappointing. Hopefully this was only a one time thing.
