This is a great sushi place. It is run by the same family as Nori in America Fork which we love as well.

Great sushi place with some many different rolls and plates to offer. The restaurant atmosphere is great and the food taste is great.

I had to check this place out because I love sushi! I really liked the place, but only gave it a four star because I don’t know that I would be able to rave to my friends about the place and tell them they have to go. The atmosphere was very pleasant and inviting. I would recommend them putting up some temporary wall for when guests first enter because it’s kind of awkward when you first walk in and everyone is staring at you. Our server was nice, seemed like she was still learning so I will give her the benefit of the doubt on that. We only got sushi so this review is based on that. My wife got the Vegas roll and I got the Taylor, Playboy, Volcano, Heart Attack, and the Tropicana. They were good rolls. Not to get too picky but this was the first sushi place that I’ve had the rolls fall apart so easily. All in all a good experience and I will go back.

Everything is fresh and delicious. Their sushi is clean (free of exaggerated amount of sauce) so I hold taste better it’s flavor. Fish fresh and delicious. Big and thin slices of ginger were so juicy! As if harvested and sliced when I ordered. Ramen noodle soup with pork broth was so delicious! It was one of the best (if not the best) soups I ever have had. All of that with a hot green tea made my stomach feel better and happy. That restaurant as a whole (which includes the excellent customer service) gave me a delicious and positive experience to never forget.

Everything we got was so yummy! We got Gyoza, a tempura shrimp roll, teriyaki chicken and tonkatsu pork! The veggies were fresh and delicious and the meat was cooked to perfection.

The food here is really good. The service was just okay, but the food makes up for it. I would eat here again if I was in the area.

First time at Tapa Sushi and it was a great experience. The server was fast to greet us and friendly while taking our order. Within 10-15 minutes we were inside, the appetizers were served and our sushi rolls were followed. Amazing food and atmosphere. Great prices for what you get. We ordered 2 appetizers, 5 sushi rolls and 1 drink and paid around $60. Totally recommend this restaurant!

1st time going here last night and it was very accommodating to everyone that was inside. Seating was set up close together but still not too invasive. Waitress was very friendly and courteous. The fish quality here seemed on point

Great place. Can get busy so plan ahead. Love that they don’t oversauce their rolls! I like to taste the flavors not just one generic sauce. The chicken katsu is different, but not in a bad way. The mushroom “gravy” over the top isn’t traditional (to us ), but the flavor is amazing. I just wish they would use fresh broccoli as a side. Other than that, so happy to have a good sushi place close.

Tip- skip the short ribs. We decided to try somewhere new last night and Tapa did not disappoint. The wait on a Friday night was not bad. All flavors were very good. The Yakisoba had a different taste than we were expecting but very yummy. The shishito appetizer was my husband’s favorite. Good portion and very tasty with the sauce. The stuffed jalapeños were my favorite appetizer but we both thought the actual jalapeño part was a little too raw. The short ribs smelled so good and had a lovely sauce, however I wish I had read reviews on them first. Like others have experienced, ours were overcooked and hard to chew because of how dried out they were. Finally, the tempera shrimp roll was just boring and needed more flavor, maybe more eel sauce. Overall, we are satisfied and will come back.
