Wow, the brunch menu is amazing.
Japanese inspired fusion brunch was something I didn’t expect but it was so delicious that I went back again.
They even had Japanese strawberry and macha flavored jams for toast.

I loved every bit of the meal and thank you for bringing something so unique to this side of town so close to my home.

Tapa Bruch is a perfect addition to brunch options. I Love Tapa for their sushi but tried them for brunch Sunday and it was delicious! Had the French toast, the mascarpone cream was a perfect touch, not too sweet and paired great with the fresh berries and caramelized bananas. Also tried the Japanese Steak and potatoes. They put a teriyaki sauce on it for a twist and it was the perfect sweet and savory. Portions are big, shared both meals and still had leftovers. Put Tapa Sushi Brunch into your rotation, you’ll be glad you did!

Loved it! I’ve been to this location and American Fork and they’re both great. Similar vibes, both small places but totally worth going. This time I tried the Strawberry Field roll and it’s my favorite sushi I’ve ever had. The gyoza were tasty and there was a decent selection of non-sushi options for my husband who doesn’t like fish.
Service was good, nothing to complain about and we didn’t feel interrupted a lot. We enjoyed the molten chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert.

The food is amazing. My Katsu chicken was perfect. Crispy, and the sauce…amazing. My friend had a Leprechaun Roll and he said it was out of this world. Server was knowledgeable and attentive. Great meal!

We have eaten dinner at Tapa several times and always really enjoyed it. Finally decided to try their brunch and we were so impressed! The portions were huge! The shokupan surprise was fluffy and rich, and the waffaru chicken was also delicious. We can’t wait to go back and try the other dishes.

I had to check this place out because I love sushi! I really liked the place, but only gave it a four star because I don’t know that I would be able to rave to my friends about the place and tell them they have to go. The atmosphere was very pleasant and inviting. I would recommend them putting up some temporary wall for when guests first enter because it’s kind of awkward when you first walk in and everyone is staring at you. Our server was nice, seemed like she was still learning so I will give her the benefit of the doubt on that. We only got sushi so this review is based on that. My wife got the Vegas roll and I got the Taylor, Playboy, Volcano, Heart Attack, and the Tropicana. They were good rolls. Not to get too picky but this was the first sushi place that I’ve had the rolls fall apart so easily. All in all a good experience and I will go back.

We dined here tonight food wasgood and price was really good. My son loved walking up and watch the chefs make the sushi rolls. Our server was okay she was kind but did forget our and misunderstand our order which we were okay with. It did take about 10 to 15 minutes to get our heated sake then we watched them reheat it in the microwave which also wasn’t a big deal. Given we did not feel we received good service we tipped 10% but the waitress was trying to push for 18% by presenting the total price with the 18% included. After we corrected the bill to 10% it seemed as though she got annoyed. I don’t know maybe it was just an off day everything else was good and loved the food.

We love this place. Clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Service is always great.
Late night happy hour is the best. We got seven rolls and two appetizers for just under $50. We really liked the Sunshine and Shrimp tempura. The Heartattack was good, just know it’s quite spicy. Vegas is delicious too and definitely don’t pass on their tempura vegetables.
I highly recommend this place.
