Wife and I just stopped in to check the place out as we are buying some property nearby. Great place! The staff was great and the food excellent. Great microbrew selection and good bottles on hand for those less inclined to local breweries. Can’t make a mistake hitting up this joint. Thank you Tap 21! We will be seeing you again very soon.

My lady and I came here on a whim one night while visiting. Upon walking in. We were greeted by the owner Tiffany, who was super nice and welcoming. We immediately got a table and being vegan/pescatarian, I wanted to ask questions about some of the items on the menu. After what seemed like a bust, Tiffany and our waitress Angie was able to help find an option that worked for me. And it was delicious! Everyone we came in contact with was kind and it made us appreciate their service. It’s not too loud, the people, the food and the atmosphere=10 out of 10

This restaurant is beautiful! We sat at the massive wooden bar. All staff are very welcoming, hard working and friendly. Lots of beer options from different parts of Michigan. Huge food portions! We enjoyed the French onion soup, garlic Parmesan fries, chicken salad and apple walnut salad. Great experience! Parking on the street.

We had a very nice experience at Tap21 recently. The service was excellent and even though the place was busy, we were able to order right away. They have a lot of beer on tap so we had no trouble finding the type of beers we like. There was also a variety of menu items. I had the prime rib tacos and they were great. My husband had the mushroom Swiss burger which he gave a thumb’s up.

We stopped in here late on a Thursday on our way up to Mt Boho for a quick dinner. WOW. We were so impressed with the food. In our group we got one of the fish platters, the chicken sandwich, Caesar wrap, and fish sandwich and all of us were not only happy with our choices but the food exceeded our expectations. The staff were so kind and the patrons were a hoot. We only pass through this area once a year and we will be dropping by next year!

Great selection of local brews joined with delicious food options. We arrived when there wasn’t an empty seat in the place and had drinks in our hands in less than ten minutes. The size options for beers on tap is perfect for anyone wanting to try more than one.

Unfortunately, we didn’t make it there on a Friday, so we missed the Friday Fish Fry, but enjoyed some fried fish anyway. The portions were more than generous for the price, and everything we tasted was very tasty and enjoyable from the garlic cheese curds, the soup, french fries, and of course the fish!

And in case you’re still looking for a reason to check this place out…the service was amazing! We only had empty glasses once we stopped drinking, the servers were very attentive and helpful with any questions we had, which made us feel right at home.

Would definitely recommend Tap21!

Neat old time bar for a recent lunch. Great selection of micro brews on tap. Food was ok but could have been better – burger was overcooked and pulled pork was a wet mess from the juicy slaw on it. Service was adequate.
I will try this again next I am passing thru just for the beer choices alone.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Tap21. We were a large group, and the orders were all correct. The food was really nicely presented and very tasty. They have a large selection of shareable starters that all sounded really good. The bruschetta, stuffed jalapenos, and burnt ends were our favorites. The fish tacos were very good. Super relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It did take a long time for our orders to get taken, but it was really busy, and we only saw two servers. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return.

It’s a beautiful place with cozy private booths. They have a nice beer selection and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Mac N Cheese with burnt ends for 18.99. The flavor was very good but it was lacking in actual macaroni. I liked all the cheese but the ratio of cheese to noodles was way off. And for the price, a very small portion. Still hungry so I ordered a side of fries, took a long time to come out but they were hot and delicious. When I got the bill, I noticed they charged me 7.99 for a side of fries? When I questioned the waitress, she offered no explanation. When I left the restaurant, I checked the menu online and the fries are listed for 3.99, not 7.99 as charged. And on top of it, there was a 4% charge for using a credit card, so bring lots of cash to avoid fees.

I recently had a fantastic experience at tap21. Their Friday fish fry is definitely a highlight, offering a delicious choice between blue gill, walleye, or perch. It’s great to see a variety of fresh options.

What also stood out was their impressive selection of beer and cider on tap. As a fan of craft beverages, I was pleased with the choices available. I personally tried the “wizards grog,” and it was quite good.

Overall, tap21 is a solid spot if you’re looking for a satisfying Friday fish fry and a diverse range of drinks on tap. I would definitely recommend checking it out!
