I ordered 12 wings for takeout, but was really disappointed with the quality. Six of the wings still had very visible feathers left on the skin, which was quite unappetizing and made the food hard to enjoy. For a place like Tap Room, I expected much better attention to preparation and cleanliness. Definitely hope they improve their quality control, because this experience was not acceptable.

I could not say enough good things about Ronkonkomas tap room. On a very cold day the heat was on, the staff was great and the food was exceptional.

We had a server named Daryl who was the man!! We came in with a party of 50 at 4pm— he seated us all, got everyone’s orders, actually memorized some of them for smoother delivery, was pleasant, personable, and just awesome. Cannot say enough about how they handled our party on a busy Valentine’s Day! The food was delicious! The service great! For sure recommend this place!!!

Gabriella A was our waitress. When I say A pluuss I truly mean it. She was prompt, Attentive, and cared for our needs. Continuously checking in to make sure we didnt need anything. First time here and definitely will be back soon.

Organized a 50th birthday with approximately 25 people on a Saturday afternoon in November and it was wonderful. Probably our fault for not having a single contact person but after a little confusion with emails back and forth, we set up the date several weeks in advance. Leading up to the party the Staff reached out and made it clear what they needed and what to expect. We reserved the bar nook area facing the street and had an open bar and appetizer package. We had a boozy group, on the day of the party there were some attendees that were skeptical that the Staff could keep up with our drink demands from the bar but they ended up being absolutely fantastic. They basically ran back and forth for the whole 3 hours. The food came out early and they were generous in refilling it during the party. Several guests at the party commented on how good they thought the food was. The sliders were especially amazing. We brought in a cake from the outside, the Staff held it in the back until late in the party, then brought it out cut it and even served it around. The Staff needed the space as the party ended and the evening crowd came in but were very patient with us as we moved to the bar. Overall a 5 star experience. I even forgot the left over cake at the bar and went back at 1am that night and they found it for me in the back. Top notch experience led to a great day.

I come here weekly and each time I plan to have a quick lunch and end up staying way longer then expected cause it’s always a great vibe here. The food is great and the service is exceptional. I would like to highlight the bartender Casey. She is very attentive, personable, and always makes great recommendations. This is a great location.

We had a date night last night and went on door dash to see what was available and the tap room came up. 1:30am delivery… was amazing when you’re parents having fun reliving your 18 year old selves. The food was TO DIE FOR… I needed to leave a review. We ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, mozzarella sticks (amazing), the disco fries (whaaatttt!!!!), and the pastrami sliders. So, we naturally fell asleep before the food arrived and ate the food this morning for breakfast and for dinner and it tastes just as good as it did when it arrived. That says a LOT about this place and how amazing it is. We give you more than 5 stars… Thank you for a great meal(s) and we will definitely be ordering from you in the future!

Additionally, the gentleman who was the manager on staff last night was equally fantastic. Both of them consistently checked in to ensure everything was running smoothly.
