We had such a great experience at The Tap Room! The atmosphere was welcoming, the food, specifically the tappers and burger wrap were delicious.
We wanted to give a shoutout to John, our waiter, who made our experience great. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He checked in at just the right times and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. His positive energy really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience, and a huge part of that was our server, Sirena. From the moment we sat down, she was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind without ever being overbearing. She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly timed. Our drinks were never empty, and she checked in just the right amount to make us feel taken care of. She truly cares and takes pride in what she does. Excellent pub food in a casual and rustic atmosphere. Service is very attentive. Food portions are plentiful and come out in a timely fashion. Try the birria rolls appetizer. They are very filling and tasty. Mac & cheese bites were creamy and soft; not dense. Bavarian pretzel is humongous and soft. Crispy chicken salad was delicious and huge. Chicken was so tender on the inside and the coating was crisp; just perfect. Truffle parmesan fries are seasoned just right. Roasted brussel sprouts were awesome. The steak sandwich was nice but lacking a little in flavor. I was told the burger wrap was good although I didn’t taste it. Get the Crispy Dragon Wontons at happy hour for $7. The drizzled sauces were the perfect accompaniment. They have a desert of warm chocolate brownie with oreos inside that comes with ice cream and whipped cream that is huge. Fabrizio is a wonderful server and took care of all our needs. Archie, the manager, was very helpful. Serena at the bar is super friendly and Manager Rashaan went above and beyond! Rebecca is an amazing bartender and Veronica, another manager really went out of her way for us. Food is always served very promptly. They have nightly specials. Thursday night wing special (20 for $20)! Happy Hour is from 3pm-6pm and you can’t go wrong with the mussels in garlic white wine sauce for $7. New item Chicken Pot Pie is hearty and really hits the spot on the cold days. Sign up in their app to earn rewards and if you also download the In Kind app you’ll get $25 off your first visit!

Me & my boyfriend dined at tap room Bayshore this past Saturday & I have to give props to our server Holly. She was on the money , our drinks came out SUPER fast, she suggested all the right appetizers, and we were never in need for anything. She also made us laugh & truly entertained the entire time. A key note is how she always asked if we were finished with our drink before taking the cup away. I very much appreciate that because I have been places where I had my last 2 sips taken away a little too soon & was too embarrassed to say anything. I would have never realized that something so simple as communication was the key from good service to great service until dining with Holly today. Also Kudos to her because there was a table next to us that was just wicked from start to finish. giving her a really hard time & she was super kind & didn’t let it flow over to her next interactions with us or others. Couldn’t be me , because the way the lady was creating problems from thin air and was talking down to her like she was her servant, would have sent me over the edge. She held her composure super well and remained professional. I will come back and request Holly every time.

Our server Holly was great! I was deciding between a few things & she gave me her top 3 fav’s off the menu & her recommendations were spot on ! Espresso martinis & a spin dip to start , then she talked us into the white wine mussels and boy was she right! That broth was like gold! I had the stuffed pasta for the entree was so good. It was nice to shut my brain off & let someone guide me to a good dining experience & not be disappointed in the results.

The guy at the bar Dan was great. He was very kind, gave a great suggestion and made a great drink for me. The atmosphere was nice. Very cozy and calm when I went. Large variety of drinks and burgers!

I recently hosted a private surprise birthday party at The Tap Room Bay Shore, and everything was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the team was incredibly kind, organized, and attentive to every detail. The food was delicious I received so many compliments from guests and the service was flawless.
A special thank you to Carter, Jon, and the amazing manager on duty (whose name I unfortunately forgot!) for going above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. Even when I had an issue with my easel, they quickly found one for me on site that small act saved the day and meant a lot!
The atmosphere was warm, the space was beautifully set up, and everything flowed just as planned. I’m truly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to book another event here. Highly recommend for anyone planning a special gathering you’ll be in great hands!

Visited the Tap Room while traveling on business in the area. After first half hour, business tuned into R&R hanging out with Shanon, I mean HANNAH, the bartender. Had a few great appetizers and just general good time. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
