We ordered their holiday drink “”Snickerdoodle” It was very yummy. The price seemed a little high for that one drink as it was $14, but it was so good!
The entrees tasted delicious. The portions are a really nice size. Salad was not included with each entree, so that was an additional $6.00 each. I wish that would have only been a few extra dollars or have it come with the meal.
Overall a great experience. 1 drink, 2 entrees and 2 salads and tip was $97 dollars. I think that is a bit steep in price for lunch. They do have burgers, and hand held sandwiches though, so next time if we do not want to spend a lot for lunch we’ll try that. We’ll definitely be back.
Just moved here so checking out a new restaurant each day. Saw this place had tapas so definitely wanted to try it. It was definitely not busy with just one other table seated because it was around lunch time.
The decor/furniture looked nice at first glance but you see how dirty they are. Granted it would be difficult to keep fabric clean at a restaurant but is a necessity if you praise yourself on “best interior”.
Menu had a note on the bottom that if “GS” was on the item it was “gluten sensitive” but it wasn’t anywhere on the menu, so it wasn’t very helpful.
Our server was polite but just seemed to not care. Didn’t write down our order so left off one of the plates. They had to bring it to me at the end of the meal. My partner informed him that I couldn’t have gluten. On the ceviche it is listed with tortilla chips. He brought out pita chips instead. I told him again that I couldn’t have that and if I could please have the tortilla chips that were mentioned on the menu. He just walked off, not rude or mean, but didn’t say anything. A couple minutes went by and I still didn’t have them and wasn’t sure what was going on. I asked him when he came with another dish for my partner and he said “oh well they have to cook them.” That is cool but it would be nice to know.
The server also worked as the bartender and was making the drinks. My moscow mule was just not very good. Not a lot of flavor, tasted a lot like water or club soda with a splash of vodka on top. It wasn’t mixed. I am a super lightweight but didn’t feel anything after drinking the whole thing.
I also saw him make someone a to-go drink from a bottle behind the bar. It was definitely some alcohol in a styrofoam cup. Looks like someone that he knew but it was just weird.
The food was just meh. Got ceviche, arancini, philly egg roll, chicken lettuce wrap, bruschetta, and Cesar salad.
The ceviche had four small pieces of fish.
Ceviche – Bone was in one of the pieces, ok not a big deal, but it was just a bunch of tomato and onions. That’s it. Like as a pico de gallo it would be good but not for 10 dollars.
Arancini – Partner said it was great but it was suppose to include prosciutto on it and did not so it was missing something it needed. Server removed it from the ticket without us even asking so that is nice.
Philly egg roll – it was really good! It was two smaller ones instead of a large one, which is shown online, but still very tasty.
Bruschetta – my partner said it was good as well. The bread was good and the bruschetta mix tasted good but was really watery so it made the bread mushy. But it was also missing the parmesan cheese, the bread was not grilled, and a lot smaller than the picture online.
Cesar salad – Partner said it was fine. The anchovies were a bit much but a good salad.
Chicken lettuce wrap – sorry for the harsh words, but disgusting. I literally could make this and I am not a great cook. It was just ground chicken with some onions. It was not good and so disappointing. This is the dish the server forgot to ring in so he took it off the bill without asking as well.
We will not be back. The price for the food was not good AND the food wasn’t good. It just seems like they don’t care. And I don’t want to spend my hard-earned money in this economy somewhere they don’t care.
Happy Holidays!!!

My husband and I recently chose Tap & Vine to celebrate our 8-year anniversary, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! We arrived a couple of minutes before they opened, eager for brunch, and were warmly welcomed by Jackie, who graciously unlocked the doors and invited us in. We were the first to arrive and had the option to sit inside or outside. We chose the patio, which was a lovely setting.
I had been eyeing their breakfast platter after seeing photos on Google, but when I noticed breakfast wasn’t listed on the menu, Jackie explained they had recently shifted away from serving breakfast regularly. However, she kindly offered to accommodate my request—talk about great customer service! The breakfast platter was perfect—generous portions and full of flavor. I even treated myself to a Pineapple Mimosa, which was the perfect complement to my meal. My husband ordered the Chicken Sandwich meal with a Mojito, which he enjoyed so much that it was gone within minutes!
Jackie made our anniversary even more special by offering a thoughtful discount. It’s those little touches that make dining at a local restaurant like Tap & Vine feel so personal and memorable. I chose this spot because I believe in supporting local businesses, and Tap & Vine reminds me why it’s so important—they genuinely care about their customers and deliver an exceptional dining experience. Jackie was a fantastic server, and we’ll definitely be returning soon!
If you’re looking for delicious food, warm hospitality, and a true sense of community, look no further than Tap & Vine. You won’t be disappointed!!!
