Service was great and the food was even better! We’ve never eaten here but we will be back. They even provided extra rice for us before we left because we told them we were traveling. They boxed our leftovers in travel friendly boxes with silverware. The food is served in generous portions and SO flavorful. I highly recommend Tao’s.

Delicious authentic Chinese with a lot of options that can be hard to find in the area. Ignore the advice you see for takeout and dine in. The interior is nice and a lot of the dishes are better served in a more traditional manner. Not to mention how nice and welcoming the staff was!

Looked for an Oriental restaurant and found this gem!
Walked in and we were the only ones in the restaurant until another couple came.
Husband ordered shrimp and broccoli and I ordered the happy family dinner combos, which included soup, egg roll, a fried cheese wonton and choice of steam or fried rice.
The menu is extensive with everything one would ever want to eat.
The jasmine tea needed time to brew but was still good.
I should have never looked down because the restaurant needs a thorough cleaning!
If we were to be back, in the area, I would stop back .. maybe for take out.

This is a great location to grab a quick bite and really easy to call in an order for pickup. Service is high and we haven’t had a entree or appetizer that we didn’t enjoy! Stop in and pick up some food from these local owners!

Since this new Chinese restaurant of Kuan and Han opened up and we tasted their authentic Chinese dishes, we refuse to go to another Chinese restaurant here in Springs unless we really have no choice, but Taos Oriental Cuisine restaurant in Gleneagle is just so amazingly really good! And the servings are pretty large as well. The owners, Kuan and Han, are just two beautiful, wonderful people. We highly recommend this restaurant for their Chinese cooking dish! Delicious!

Guys, You’ve got to do a better job with frying your chicken! The two dishes that I got for the kids to eat, the chicken was so poorly cooked we may as well have served them cardboard. Everything else was average but when I come home to feed 4 kids and then have to make frozen pizza because you failed at what should be super simple and delicious, then I’m not happy. I have it a four star because it was hot and ready when. I showed up and the girl was nice, but that doesn’t fix the chicken.

Best Chinese food in north Colorado Springs. Hidden gem. Clean and delicious. I actually ate my entire meal, no left-overs. New owners have done excellent job with the business. Food is outstanding and reasonably priced.

Updated on the review, coming here for over a years now, the food still tastes sooo good, and they serve bubble tea now, I ordered the taro and my husband order the regular milk tea flavor, both are so great.
