Amazing!
We came in close to kitchen closing and managed to get a table. A great server and his recommendation was great.
We started off with a sparkling wine to go along with the appetisers. The seared foir gras is a must!!!!
I think the Uni pasta won our taste buds and the king salmon was delicious.
Ambience and atmosphere was nice and classy. Service was prompt and well versed with the wine selection and food recommendations.

First time here recommended from a friend of mine who’s also a chef and the restaurant knocked it out of the park The bread was fantastic, soft, warm and airy.
Appetizer of carpaccio with burrata and arugula was fantastic.
Spaghetti with uni was rich & delicious. A kin to a light alfredo and the squid ink with seafood was also fantastic, spicy and soft.
Best restaurant we’ve eaten in Waikiki.
Gabriel our waiter was a big help and we really enjoyed his service.

Been here a few times and always love it. Today was my wife’s birthday. Had lunch. Gabe took fantastic care of us. Had one prix fixe menus and one ala carte. Food was all great, and as mentioned, Gabe is enjoyable and works to make sure you have a great experience.

We first visited Hawaii in 2024 and had dinner here, and this time we returned with our parents. We ordered different dishes, mine was basic pomodoro pasta, and my husband ordered a duck dish, though I can’t remember the full name. We also ordered some eggplant salad, but unfortunately, there’s no picture of it. The food was so delicious, and the service was pretty good. I totally recommend this place! Hope you enjoy it!

My son-in-law made reservations here to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday. I was super happy and impressed with his choice of restaurant.
The food was absolutely delicious! My husband and daughter had the salmon entree, my son-in-law ordered the Bolognese, and I had the Insalada with the arugula and orange slices (apologies, as I forgot the name of the salad). Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal.
The salmon had crispy skin edges, which my husband and daughter felt were absolutely delicious! If in town again, we would certainly dine here again.
Oh, and Gabe, our server was awesome!! His drink and dinner recommendations were spot on! And he followed through on remembering that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday.
He took great care of us the entire evening. He is a wonderful asset to the Taormina Sicilian Cuisine Team!! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. It is truly a fine dining experience, from start to finish!
